Called Suprime Air because they had $69.99 dryer and vents cleaning coupon. Ruben & Jose were the technicians that came to my house. Ruben took the time to explain what the coupon consisted and what they will do. During the vent cleaning, Ruben looked at my AC and recommended a service with UV light to kill molds and anything going through the AC. Jose cleaned all vents and Jose worked on the AC and UV. Both were very knowledgeable and didn’t feel like they were adding stuff just to get more money. My AC was dirty and the UV light was something I’ve never heard of so while they worked, I looked it up and UV light is legit for AC unit.

Supreme Air, Ruben, and Jose has gained my trust. The service is good for 5 years with a free yearly check/maintenance. The price was fair for what they did.

When everything was done, I felt good, knowing that the job was done right by professionals like Ruben & Jose. Highly recommended so have for them and you’ll the quality work these two provide.

100% recommend Supreme Air HVAC for vent cleaning! He was very professional and explained the process and reasons very detailed. He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive options and I felt he was very transparent. I was not able to be there but my family was abd they felt the same way. They inspected the ventilation system sent pictures and videos and called me to go over them, and after I agreed to the process they stayed overtime to get the job done while sending me pictures and videos along the way. They even painted the actual vents to update them! The vents are completely cleaned out and disinfected. We are very satisfied.

I just moved to TX and purchased a home and the HVAC system was in terrible shape with mold and dust accumulation. Eli and Darion did such an amazing job cleaning and disinfecting our vents! We were having a lot of problems with allergies and a mildew smell coming from the vents and they completely cleared out all the dust and mildew that was built up. They even included a dryer vent cleaning free of charge. Definitely recommend this company!

My air vents had evidence of mold for which I called Eli and his team to assist. They found the source of the contamination, dried it out, cleaned off the mold from system, placed their high quality UV light to prevent recurrence and cleaned every affected air vent by hand. Eli and his assistant were on time. They were so helpful in troubleshooting problems with my dryer duct problems in the attic and roof connections. They took videos of everything they did to show me where and why I was having issues. I will be calling them for all my air cleaning services!

Dario and Leo were fast, efficient, neat, prepared and installed 2 attic fans for me just after noon. Thank you. Great job. 8/24 97F today and the attic was only 104F. Fan is doing well. Even stayed on after sundown till the attic cooled down. Good choice.

I was very pleased with Supreme Air!! They cleaned my dryer duct from back of dryer to the roof! I could not believe all the lint that came out from inside and from the roof! Really Great job! We had gone many many years without having our dryer vent cleaned and had never had our air ducts cleaned. Our allergies just keep getting worse and worse. They found mold in our unit and returns. Our house is 15 years old. They did a great job of getting them all clean, adding preventative treatments and installing UV lights in both of our units. I appreciated that they took pictures during the process so I could see the before and after as they went. They were very efficient and didn't any mess. Highly recommend them!

I never had the vents cleaned up by a professional company since I’ve been here at my house for the last 19 years, so I decided to give it a try with a coupon I got in the mailer, and I was not disappointed at all, Eli and Leo were very professional and they cleaned up every vent in my house and the dryer duct, they also cleaned up every particle of debris left on the floor fallen from cleaning the vents.
I give them a 5 star because how thorough and professional they were, Eli recommends other work if needed, but he does not push you to buy it, as well as no hidden fees either.
My husband and myself have allergies, and after having this done, we feel way better.

Had a great experience with Eli and Matt! They were not only early to my appointment, but they were incredibly thorough, gave constant updates with videos and pictures, and were very professional. Our 3 year old has eczema and we wanted to get our vents checked and cleaned, as well as have UV lights installed and HVAC serviced. They did and amazing job and I could not be happier. Haven't been able to get a hold of anyone to finish the installation of my new unit that has already been paid for. Not really sure why we are being avoided... I thought they did a great job until this unfortunate situation

I paid 350 for services and it didn’t fix the problem in less then 30 days my AC was back not working when I called to get the situation rectified I was told another fee for coming back out …. Moral to the story I’d rather pay for a big business that treats customers right and this is a prime example of why small businesses don’t become big! Do not use this company

We had a leak in our closet due to an issue with our AC. We went through our warranty company and they sent out THE AC GODS. Two gentlemen showed up exactly on time (I appreciate that so much), got right to work, worked around my crazy household, and fixed the issue. After they throughly explained everything and gave me tips on how to keep the issue from happening again. Thank you guys so much! Also got their card so we can use them for our businesses! Definitely recommend!
