Highly recommend they showed up, diagnosed the problem and told me what they could and couldn’t into probably one of the most honest air-conditioning companies I have ever dealt with if you’re looking for someone that you can trust give them a call and I’m not making any money off of this review I did it because I wanted to let people know that you can trust these guys.

Find another HVAC company! Atlas installed a new system and left much to be completed correctly. I was asked if they could take 6 inches from a bedroom closet that was originally 5 feet wide.2 feet were taken from the closet leaving a 3 foot unfinished closet for a 12x12 bedroom. The value of my home has now depreciated. The handler was installed on top of a gas line and is now cutting into the base boards in the opposite room. There is a hole in the handler, thermostat fell off after 2 days, intake not sealed, air flow is a joke. There is only 1 technician that knows what he is doing. Tim the owner asked me to lie to the city inspector about the new install. He asked to tell him it was a replacement because that is what the permit was pulled for. I am left with no city inspection, an ac that has air flow issues, and a unfinished closet that is unable to be used.

Jose did a great job. Diagnosed the problem and had our A/C up and running in short order. He kept us informed and explained everything he was doing. Very knowledgeable and polite! I would request him in the future.

Got three quoates. Not only was Atlas the least expensive for the same work, they were way more hands on with my equipment. I am beyond pleased ro know a company like this exsosts these days.

They let me know they were on their way. They were very professional and went and changed out the unit and the coil. They installed the new unit and showed us, my son and I, the new unit and how to run the heater on the thermostat. They were great. Thanks

Atlas AC worked with us from start to finish. Pete put all the gear in motion , made it happen. we bought the Infinity Greenspeed 21Seer2 4 ton . Super quiet. Frank and Ray were very informative and explain the unit very well. They took their time which I appreciate very much. You won’t go wrong with these guys they know what they are doing , no rush job, informative, trustworthy. Everyone did a wonderful job thank you AC Altas. I needed an A/C repair over the weekend and Atlas did not disappoint. Abby was very helpful with getting me scheduled and letting me know when the technician would arrive. Jose was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and explain my options. He got my unit up and running very quickly, which I really appreciated with temps in the 90s. I love the transparent pricing, which I haven't seen from other companies. This will be my HVAC company going forward.

The team at Atlas AC is phenomenal and I will call them for all future HVAC repairs or upgrades. My new 1-year-old system lost cooling and Atlas came to the rescue, scheduling a service call the same morning. Mr. Michael quickly diagnosed the issue (defective condenser coil and low refrigerant) and made sure me and my pup would be cool and comfortable for the night. The part I needed was available so Mr. Nathaniel and Mr. Leonardo arrived on time the following morning and replaced the coil promptly. Every service team member was professional, courteous, efficient, and very helpful in explaining everything and answering questions! I also appreciate the office team and dispatchers for keeping in close contact and proactively taking care of warranty stuff and product registration.

Israel and his 2-man team showed up on time early in the morning and got busy right away. They worked all day in the 100 degree heat installing a new 4-ton 2-speed Carrier outside and the air handler in the attic space. Israel showed me the new units and gave me some helpful tips to keep them running clean and smooth. No problems at all with the install except for a minor one with the thermostat. The smart thermostat was defective so they placed a temporary basic thermostat until a tech can be scheduled to change it out with a new smart one. All 3 guys were friendly and very respectful of our property while on site. They cleaned everything up when they finished. I was very satisfied with the installation today and with Atlas overall. When it comes time to replace the other AC unit in my house I plan on calling Atlas again.

Another great experience with Atlas. After ongoing A/C issues with my 20-year old system, it needs to be replaced. Joe came out to perform the survey. He was very nice and professional. He took the time to ask questions so he could get a full understanding of my needs. Joe gave some recommendations by explaining how they could be beneficial, but he let me make the decision on what to purchase without any pressure. Atlas goes the extra mile to make their customers feel valued and I really appreciate that.

I was very happy with the HVAC maintenance service completed. The technician (Jose) did a great job and gave a good explanation of the heating and A/C services that he was checking. He told me about the types of problems he was looking for, as well as things that I should pay attention to in the future.

We had two techs out to find out what was making our heating system rattle. We couldn’t get to the root of the problem. Timothy showed up on time, very polite, with a great attitude. He figured out what was wrong, and is getting the repairs to our system done. Extremely happy.

I just received a stellar installation by Atlas crew Nathaniel and Leo! They were here at 7:30 am, worked efficiently and expertly, and were done in a little over 5 hours. Amazing! Clean up was thorough, and my questions about the unit and app were answered. I highly recommend Atlas!

Update, 3/14/2025
I changed Internet providers and couldn't for the life of me figure out the reset on the ecobee thermostat! Raymond came to the rescue! He has assisted me before and was again patient, courteous, and helpful. Thank you, Raymond and Atlas!

Jaime and his team were excellent on the job! Very respectful and also spoke Spanish.

Of the bids I received, Atlas was one of the fastest and even gave out prices over email!

In addition to this, the air handler arrived damaged out of the box so they had to come back in 3 days. Instead of leaving my grandparents in the heat they installed temporary window units without additional charge! AND when one of the team members accidentally stepped and cracked the ceiling drywall they scheduled a hanger to fix it! (We are still pending this service)

Overall, they have the BEST value of all the bids we received and I would pick Atlas A/C again any day! See pics for workmanship examples.

Reached out to have some service work done on our AC unit. Unexpectedly our fan went out and I called Tommy who was very helpful in identifying we had a warranty. He placed us on a schedule on expedite a service request to our house. Jose arrived on time, and was very polite and professional. We spoke on other issues our house has experienced and he offered his expertise and knowledge to remediate them. Looking forward to having him come back to the house to follow up on some of his suggestions.

Jose came promptly at the specified time, got our heater back up within minutes. Was very knowledgeable and thorough, and recommended products to preserve the longevity of the unit. Atlas was very responsive and upfront with costs and availability, highly recommend.

He thoroughly inspected my system, took measurements, and ran tests to ensure proper operation prior to leaving.
