I had a good experience with this company. The techs were professional. They did a great job with the installation. It looks really nice. Timothy assisted in getting us connected to the wifi thermostat. He explained how the ac system functions and showed us how to change the filter. I would definitely use this company again. After several repairs and outrageous estimates, I called Atlas A/C Repair. My expectations were not very high but Pete had Joe out the same day for my free estimate. He looked over and measured EVERYTHING. We went over all the concerns. I can honestly say that I’ve never seen a more thorough assessment than the one Joe completed. As a homeowner, I’m always waiting for the shoe to drop. I did need a new a/c unit but Atlas beat several estimates by HALF. Yes. By half. That was on Friday. On Wednesday, Israel and another tech were at my house installing the new unit and removing the old one. They were professional, kept the work areas covered and clean. They answered all of my questions. They really thought of everything. All of the employees at Atlas were outstanding. If you give them your business, you won’t be disappointed. They deserve 10 stars.

The HVAC system from my new house (built in 2015) "expired" two months past the warranty period in October of this year. I contacted AirTron (who originally installed the system and who I had a twice-a-year maintenance plan with) who came out, told me the system needed to be replaced, and quoted a new system for $25K plus. Our house is a single story of about 3,000 square feet, and an HVAC system requiring replacement after 10 years seems strange to me....thought I'd get at least 15 years out of it. We decided to check quotes with other companies.

In the process of educating myself on HVAC systems, I stumbled upon a series of YouTube videos on HVAC systems from Atlas AC Repair. The videos went a long way to educate me and I had a pretty good idea of what I needed. I didn't know at the time that Atlas was in San Antonio, but was delighted to learn that.

I contacted Atlas and they came out the same day and tried a couple of things to possibly save my system with a couple of repair options to consider. It was unusually hot in mid-October and Atlas provided portable window units to hold us over until we decided what to do. We elected to go ahead and replace the system. The price we paid was roughly $10K less than what AirTron quoted for the SAME SYSTEM! Isreal and Nathaniel installed the system a couple of days later and did a fantastic job. They were very professional, efficient and left our house like they found it when they arrived. Our system has been flawless since the install with no issues.

Abby and Anna in the office also took care of the warranty paperwork, scheduling out our maintenance, and filing the necessary documents for our CPS rebate. The rebate has covered our CPS bill the past two months and we still have some left over for the next month.

We are very pleased with Atlas and highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service! James came out during a summer emergency and got our AC up and running in no time. Even came back to ensure it was still working 48hrs later just as a courtesy. A true class act and gentleman, will be trusting James with all my future AC needs, you don’t see the kind of service he offers very often these days!

We are extremely happy with James for all of our AC needs. We found his business about 2 years ago when another large company told us we needed 8k in repairs, or a new unit for 18k - he was able to fix the issue for an extremely reasonable price, which was less than $500. He is reasonable on his prices, reliable, available very quickly for any needs, and most importantly - very honest with us with what we need! It's hard to find someone to help with our homes variety of needs but I'm grateful to have James as part of our resources for one of the biggest needs for our home.

James not only fixed my problem he made sure I wouldn't have any further problems with my A/C. He explained every step of what he was doing and cleaned out my external A/C unit so it wouldn't have any other issues. He was incredibly efficient and did not charge any "emergency" prices for coming out at 8pm

I’ve had issues for years with a clogged condensation line and 6 other technicians were sent out by my insurance company to no avail.
James came in and didn’t leave until we all found the source and everything was fixed and water was cleaned up.
Having an older home has been a challenge like no other, so having James as my new go to for my older AC unit and system is a true blessing.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I’ve used James to maintain my system for a few years, and he’s always done a fantastic job. He’s on time, professional, and reasonably priced. There are horror stories out there about AC companies taking advantage of people. Rest assured, knowing James is honest and does great work. I highly recommend.
