Another company was quoting me for a huge repair and James had it fixed in less than an hour and didn’t require any parts. James was recommended to me by a friend. I honestly did not know what to expect. But from the moment he walked in the door it was apparent that he was an extremely caring and honest person. He accomplished all the repairs our AC required, but he did much more than that. He brought a sense of happiness to his work that was infectious. He is an extremely intelligent and inquisitive person and as much as I enjoyed the cool air from our repaired unit, I enjoyed even more the opportunity to talk to such a considerate and caring person.
