We have had James service our a/c for the past 4 years and he has been a life saver. Always at the beginning of Summer the a/c stops keeping up with cooling the house and in under an hour James can get it cleaned reset and fixed. Quick phone response, shows up on time, and professional. If you have any questions he will explain the process in detail. I recommend Everything Considered for maintaining your a/c unit for summer so you don’t feel like a hot potato in the oven.

James came in after a big name company really messed up our unit. He worked fast and knew what he was doing. Praise God he got it running and made sure it was all working well. Saved us in the 104 August heat. I will call him first from now on.

My garage door came of the tracks and would not close. I posted a help request on NextDoor and James quickly responded and said that he could fix it. Within an hour he was there. I must say it was late in the day 7pm. He quickly accessed the situation and got to work. He replaced two rollers with industrial grade models and tightened, lubed and realigned the tracks. James was efficient and did quality work. Although James is known for his HVAC work, the name of his company "Everything Considered" says it all. He can confidently perform home repairs of all sorts, like my garage door. The next time I need my AC serviced I will be calling James at "Everything Considered", I suggest you do too.

Mr. James has done HVAC work for me is very knowledgeable and has very reasonable rates I would recommend him if you're in need of his services.
Update we had a clogged kitchen drain on 9/7/25 on a Sunday afternoon we called Mr. James and he promptly came out with his drain auger and unclogged the drain all the way out to the street again I would highly recommend his company for HVAC & Plumbing needs. Always thoughtful and courteous.

We called him about a clogged a/c drainage pipe, and he came out that afternoon and not only took care of the issue, but even got out his shop vac to vacuum up cat fur and dust that had accumulated over the years in the a/c closet!
