Atlas AC Installers, Ray and Frank, formed a dynamic dual-team and their installation services were truly top-notch. They were not only professional, but also kind, courteous, and highly efficient. Their punctuality, thorough explanation of the installation process, and swift commencement with the AC system. They diligently tested the unit for cooling and heat to ensure proper operation, and impeccably cleaned their work area before leaving. I am genuinely impressed with the amazing job they did in installing our new system.

Faulty wiring in our heater almost caused a fire over the weekend. Luckily Jorge with Atlas AC Repair was assigned to the job. Jorge was super friendly, and incredibly helpful through the whole process! He quickly found the source of our heating problem and advocated with my property manager for a proper repair, rather than the easiest solution. 10/10. Could not more highly recommend Jorge with Atlas AC Repair!

Who wants to replace the AC unit in their house? Not many people! About six years ago, one of those big-name AC companies came to our home and quoted us outrageous prices for a new unit. They were very secretive about their pricing. It started at around $15,000 and quickly increased, but they promised service for ten years. Well, that's probably because it would take that long to pay off the unit, and by then, we would have paid double in interest charges! It's genuinely challenging to find an AC company you can trust. Fast forward six years and another well-known AC company came by. I could see they were just another overpriced option. So, I went to the internet and found Atlas AC. To my surprise, they provided upfront pricing! It wasn't the absolute cheapest, but it seemed fair. I asked a few coworkers about what they had paid when they replaced their AC, and they all said Atlas’s pricing looked just about right. I was curious about their installation techs and customer service. They might not have a flashy van like the other companies, but it had a logo on it. I’m happy to share that my experience so far has been excellent! I emailed the office multiple times to clarify my purchase. I was able to discuss some options over the phone with them as well. We had a tech come by to check out our current system. When it came time to install my new AC system, Nathaniel and his coworker were incredibly professional and explained everything thoroughly. It took them about 11 hours to complete the installation. I would recommend Atlas AC. They may not be the cheapest option, but you truly get what you pay for. I feel like I made a good decision. I’m excited to see how this new AC performs this summer!

All I can say is WOW!!! My entire experience with Atlas has been Awesome! My installer Israel was top notch. Very professional and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I went with Atlas. They are honest and will save you money!

The crew that installed my air conditioning system was very professional, very thorough and they cleaned up after themselves. I contacted Atlas AC for a quote on a new AC heating system. The price for the system I wanted was thousands less than other companies I contacted. Louis, Leo, and Nathaniel have just completed the Installation of my new system. I could not be happier than I am right now. The quality of the work they did was beyond excellent. They took special care and paid attention to the smallest details to make the system not only work great but to look great. One unforeseen issue came up during the install and Louis took care of it immediately. I found out during this process that if Louis tells you he will take care of it, he will take care of it 100%. Louis, Leo and Nathaniel are very hard workers. They knew exactly what they were doing and displayed great knowledge and skill during this installation. I am so glad I chose Atlas AC for this job and I want to thank Louis, Leo, and Nathaniel for the great work they did.

I’m so glad I found Atlas AC Repair. My previous service provider quoted a ridiculous price for a new HVAC system, driving me to look elsewhere. I was so pleased to find Atlas with a website that provided up-front pricing and a great buyer’s guide. My first Atlas contact was with Pete who was so helpful in answering my initial questions. He set me up with a home evaluation visit by Raymond who was great and spent a couple of hours measuring, checking everything out, providing good advice and answering all my questions. Getting back with Pete and a final quote for the things I needed/wanted resulted in a price that was very reasonable. The day of installation came when two terrific installers, Rey & Steven, showed up to put in my new HVAC. They spent about 9 hours and were amazing; obviously dedicated to performing quality work and answering any of my questions. I was also impressed when an installation manager, Lewis, stopped by to make sure everything was going well. So, my new HVAC system seems perfect, the price was right, and I was impressed with all the personnel I encountered—Highly Recommend!

Great experience with Atlas AC Repair so far. First they actually called me back shortly after I left a message around lunchtime. Pete was very helpful and gave me prices on a few different options to think about if everything else was right to just swap out units, without a bunch of extra repairs/changes. Second I live an hour from San Antonio in a small town and they sent Louis out the next morning to check everything out and see exactly what I needed to get a new system installed. Louis was great to work with, he showed up in a timely manner, and after an inspection of the units and duct work, he gave me a quote for a few different options, which was wasn’t different from what I was already told. He was very straightforward and I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a salesman trying to push something on me. Third to my surprise Louis got me scheduled to have it installed the next day, a Saturday! That doesn’t happen in my small town, it would have been next week if I was so lucky.

On time, great knowledge and experience. Troubleshot my system for the expected problem but yet found more problems. 10:10 for my experience with him

Israel with Atlas Air deserves top recognition. He was the lead installer on a complete HVAC system replacement at my home and did an outstanding job. As a certified Carrier technician, his knowledge and professionalism were immediately evident. Having managed technicians for most of my career, I can say with confidence that Israel sets a high bar—he takes real pride in his work, ensures quality, and remains polite and respectful throughout. It was a pleasure having him and his team handle the job. Highly recommend!

Joe was professional, on-time, courteous and thorough in his evaluation of my AC system. He took the time to explain my options and answer questions in an honest and frank manner to help inform my decision-making process. With so many AC companies and contractors, I’m glad I did my research and contacted Atlas.

Technician Israel did a fine job and made improvements to our Heatpump system so it won’t break down again. The rest of the staff and management worked well together to get my problem solved. I particularly liked their humorous recording… “or to speak to a live person who will answer your questions or transfer you to a smart person who can, press 5.”

We hired Atlas in March 2023 to install a Carrier 2-Ton, 16-SEER Heat Pump AC and Heating System with condenser for over $6,300. The system included a 1-year labor warranty and a 10-year Carrier parts warranty.

In August 2025, the AC stopped cooling. Atlas sent a technician who diagnosed the problem as a faulty TXV, quoting 6 hours of labor at $158.33 per hour. The part was covered under warranty, but labor was not. When he returned, he admitted internally to someone at the company that he had misdiagnosed the issue. He stayed only 2 hours but invoiced us for 6. The technician claimed the compressor was faulty, and the company then quoted $2,039 for replacement. Based on that claim, they refused to replace the required drier filter, leaving the system stranded, our home without AC during summer, and the warranty at risk.

The technician took the TXV under false pretenses, claiming it would be sent to Carrier for review, even though we requested to keep it. The TXV was never sent to Carrier. He also made many unprofessional and unethical comments about his previous job while at our home.

We paid two other licensed companies for second opinions. Both confirmed the compressor was fine. The actual issue was that Atlas failed to replace the drier filter when replacing the part, which is required to maintain Carrier’s warranty. Another company corrected it properly in 2 hours.

Because of Atlas' errors, we were without AC for 5 days, had to leave our home due to the heat, and incurred unnecessary diagnostic costs. The company has been unresponsive for over a week.

We have documentation from other licensed companies confirming the compressor was never the problem. Atlas misdiagnosed the issue, overcharged for labor, and left us without AC in the middle of summer. We will never use this company again and strongly recommend others avoid them.

Jim, my service technician, did a great job tracking down my problem and repairing it quickly. Another local AC company could not figure out the problem and left me in the heat. Jim came over immediately and got my system working so I could sleep comfortably. The repair bill was much more reasonable than the numbers the other company threw at me as well. I am very pleased with Atlas!!!

I love my Infinity. ATLAS customer and tech service has always been prompt, professional, and precise. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been courteous and personable.
