Terrible company. I was unfortunately sent this company through Choice Home Warranty to inspect my home. They sent a handy man, who happened to not be certified, licensed, or insured. He didn't even have legal identification. When the company sent pictures of my attic to Choice Home Warranty, it was of a completely different house. I asked for the to come out and re-inspect and they didn't answer and eventually stopped responding. The owner is a joke. Terrible, unreliable, cheap option. Do not use this company unless you don't care about your home. You get what you pay for.

Clayton is magnificent! He always responds in any time of need or emergency. He has taken care of my house as well my fathers house HVAC issues for years now and not once have we been let down or had an issue. He is super knowledgeable, courteous and professional in his trade!

Highly recommend The Air Gods. Clayton troubleshooted my HVAC system that had been installed incorrectly. It was a difficult job that several other companies didn't want to do. Thankfully, Clayton was able to fix it and even came out on a Saturday. Good guy and very reasonable pricing

Fate brought Air Gods to my home thanks to my home warranty.

We were clients of choice home warranty for over 2 years and have had our unit maintenance or repaired over the years with no issue.

Air gods tech demonized us as abusive or neglectful. They were the second company on the same request mind you. The first company reported the unit was working as intended; when our unit had been developing some mold in the closet, and would turn on an off ever fifteen minutes. Needless to say our work order was declined for abuse and we proceeded to cancel our service agreement with our home warranty company.

The owner of the company is rude and seems to be only interested in protecting the warranty company over giving an honest assessment of the work. She proceeded to say that she stands by the inspection of her tech and that she would be interested in giving me a quote for the repairs outside of the warranty company.

Save your time , money, and avoid this toxic company.

Everything went smoothly until after I paid. Have been using Clayton for years and really like the guy. But as soon as I paid in full he changed. It has been 4 months and the unit he installed only works for cooling, not heating. I have been patient and never got upset with him about the delays. But all of a sudden he stops taking my calls and texts. Won’t put me on the schedule, won’t even respect me enough to call me back or send me a message. In any other scenario I would just hire a different company to finish the job, but I already paid in full and he owe me the work. Does anyone know if I can report his license for this?

I had my system replaced and the Air Gods delivered. They were on time, professional, and showed they have mastered AC systems. Because of my particular AC system it took a bit to change (the attic opening is small & the old system had to be taken apart to get it out), & Marc was in the attic when it was over 115. No complaints. The owner, Clayton, came out & helped and checked everything. And Ms. Love, a co-owner who scheduled everything on the phone, is one of the nicest persons you will get to speak with. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this business. My AC stopped cooling and the Texas summer heat is brutal so I needed it fixed right away. I heard about the Air Gods through a friend so I booked an appointment. Clayton showed up to my house on time, found the source of the issue and knew how to repair it quickly. He was super friendly and easy to work with. The repair was affordable and my AC has been working perfectly since the appointment. I have no complaints

I had another company do a tune up and they recommended I needed a capacitor change but couldn’t give me a quote for a few days so I was able to partner with Clayton who responded quick and got it done in a couple of hours. There was an issue with one of the wires, and I was nervous he wouldn’t respond back due to some of the other reviews. However, he was quick to respond and was able to help me fix it through FaceTime. Clayton is absolutely amazing. Honest and a good person yo work with. Will definitely use the company again in the future.

Five stars across the board, from beginning to end, you will be more than pleased with this company. The person answering the phone was cheerful and responsive. I was immediately connected with Pete, who was knowledgeable and was never motivated to make a sale. Scheduling was easy and accommodating. Jorge came right away to take measurements for new equipment; his kind and lighthearted spirit was refreshing. Nathaniel and Lou installed the equipment and were always courteous and patiently answered all my questions. The staff were on time for both appointments, and kept me updated on their progress. Online payment was simple and quick. The staff will make your experience comfortable and pleasant. I wish all companies were like this one. The job was done ahead of schedule and the product was a great price, so no complaints at all.

I contacted Atlas AC to get a second opinion on an AC repair and they went above and beyond with an even better solution and price than the first company I contacted. Frank, Jesus, and Steven did amazing work on our condenser and duct work today, and Pete and Nathan were nothing short of informative and amazing over the phone. From scheduling to service call to work and payment, these guys are the best. Definitely going with Atlas from now on!

My experience with Atlas AC from beginning to end has been exceptional. From my initial contact with Pete all the way to Anna, making sure paperwork was submitted for CPS rebate. As for the technicians Nathaniel and Leonardo, they were nothing less than professional. The guys were knowledgeable, accommodating and advising me every bit of the installation. While we’re in topic of installation, let me just say it was better than the installation on the previous system installed when the house was newly constructed. Bottom line, I would recommend Atlas AC to anyone looking to replace their system.
