The services (a) air duct cleaning $144.00, (b) HVAC ducts deep clean $432.00, and (c) HVAC coil disinfect $144.00. Total $779.40. Here are a few comments. (1) The service is expensive, maybe that is ok depending on service. (2) I would expect that you would provide EITHER the ‘basic’ OR the ‘deep’ clean, we apparently got both. This seems like a redundant charge. (3) We enjoy the service provider, but he was a bit unprofessional. When asking about services, cost, etc., we find his responses defensive and sometimes intimidating. My wife’s questions about charges were very reasonable. Also, frustrations over service related challenges were expressed a bit too extremely.

We are happy with our service today. He went over our options and completed the duct cleaning and dryer vent to our satisfaction. He also checked the vents. We would recommend this company to our friends/family and neighbors.

I used this company to do a basic cleaning of my air ducts and dryer vent. The tech who did the job was nice and did a decent job. He showed me before and after pictures for the pre-agreed areas he did clean. However, he seemed distracted as he cut off mid-conversation after his phone rang towards the end. He rushed out the door so fast that he almost forgot the vacuum he’d brought with him. Also, he was late. The original window was 9-11 a.m. and the tech didn’t call to advise he was running late until after I called the office at 11:20 a.m. to ask if someone was still coming. He ended up arriving around noon. My issue wasn’t so much the tardiness but the lack of communication about being late. Otherwise, it went ok.

OK, I’m a fan. Netanel (AKA Nathan) was fantastic! He kept at it until he resolved my problem.
Let me set the stage… My wife rescues bunnies, and we keep them in a room in our house. We have big wood cages, use towels and cotton blankets to make the floor a little easier on their paws. Unfortunately, bunnies are not always the most consistent at using their litter boxes, so we need to wash their towels and blankets frequently. In addition, bunnies eat hay, so the towels and blankets are usually full of hay as well as other material. We shake them out as best we can, but we can’t get rid of all the hay particles and other “stuff”.
We bought a super large washer and dryer, and have been using them for over five years. But, our dryer kept giving us a low flow code. Netanel tried to blow the residue from our vent, but it didn’t work. He then climbed on the roof and noticed the vent cap was clogged. He removed some lint, but mentioned we should change the cap to another style that wouldn’t clog as easily. He also disassembled the vent pipe through the attic and cleaned all the built up lint (the “before” pictures showed the lint blocked about 60% of the pipe, even after he blew it out with his super-high-powered blower.) He then said I could use the dryer, but that I should avoid drying heavy loads until he could change the cap. Then the cold hit, and then the windy days. I didn’t want him on the roof, so we waited a few days. He finally came back when the weather was more conducive, and changed the cap. He also changed the tube that connects my dryer to the wall, as the one I had installed prevented me from getting my dryer back to the correct location.
I also appreciate how easy it was to talk to him about the issue, and how he was able to explain what was going on and how he gave me several options to resolve my problem. Finally, he re-emphasized that if I still had a problem, I should call him back. He guarantees his work 100%

Joseph diagnosed our problems and explained and showed me exactly what was going on. Dryer is working properly again. I’d definitely call him again if I have and duct concerns.

Nathan, the tech was great. He did a thorough clean of my fireplace in chimney and he gave me tips and pointers on some self-maintenance so I can maintain my fireplace as much as I can between services. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He's my chimney guy now
