We used this company to clean our wood stove and a fireplace. Before beginning Nathan inspected wood stove and fireplace. He gave us a quote before starting. We had never had them cleaned so we expected it to be higher than basic price. He also informed us of what needed to be done to repair and maintain. We will definitely use him again.

After cleaning the chimney stack, I was informed that the ceramic floor to my fireplace was cracked and compromised that could lead to an unwanted disaster. They replaced the floor for a fair price. After the installation of the floor, I notice the floor wasn’t exactly level. No problem, they removed the floor and made adjustments. Lastly, they installed a new gas fire log system which relieved me from having to do it myself just before Christmas - at no extra charge. Overall, it was a very positive customer experience, which I believe we all want.
