Driver backed into my work van and took off no damage to the van but didn’t even bother to check

Whoever drives truck #8695 is a very impatient driver and likes to ride the shoulder to skip a line just to cut in front. Not professional in a TDI work truck

I've been extremely frustrated with these people. I've called and left voicemails for 4 days and nobody has called me back and nobody has been able to answer my question! They charged my card a lot of money and nobody can tell me why. I never leave reviews, but I feel this needed to be said. They do not deserve the 5 stars they have on here.

The customer service is terrible. You reach out to him and he’ll reach out a day later. People rely on you and this is how they’re treated. Don’t even bother with this company find somebody who’s more caring, and responsive.

Excellent customer service. Jay attacked the problem and fixed it right the first time. Does not push new a/c system which every other company did. I would highly recommend this company for a/c or heating problems.

As everyone knows, your air conditioning doesn't stop working in the cooler months. For us, it went out when things were over 100. Atkinson had someone out to us within an hour, and our A/C was back running again less than an hour after that. I can't recommend Jason and his team enough!

We have a property management company Davidson Properties for our rental house that used this company. The gentleman that showed up “Robbie” was completely unprofessional. My husband was very kind when requesting that either they remove their shoes or wear cover booties when entering our home, which is extremely common practice, there are contaminates you can track in when entering and we have two young children. He refused to do the job and gave a disrespectful tone and response in “I am here to work on the A/C, this is not a social call”. He said he could not “meet our demands.” Disgusting. We have had no problem with anyone requesting this before. Most commonly individuals have the bootie covers, they’re even advertised in commercials with mats laid down to protect peoples homes in other A/C companies add. I believe his response was racially motivated and completely culturally incentive as this is common practice in many cultures, including ours, and we will never be recommending or using this company again. Go with someone else that will consider the hygiene of your home. We had another technician from Alamo Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning who had no problem wearing the booties he got from his van. Go with them, did an excellent job.

See photo of completed installation of new furnace. Unfortunately I paid them before I looked into the attic to see the "quality" of the workmanship. Repeated attempts to contact them failed. They don't return calls or answer emails. Do Not recommend.

Atkinson A/C & Heating is awesome. We’ve purchased two HVAC systems from them because their service is the best in town & they are reliable & most of all knowledge!

I have worked with Atkinson Heating and Air Conditioning for the past few years, with Jason in particularly. The company is very, very good at their job, honest, reliable, and do quality work!! The company also keeps their word about their work, something that is a jewel these days to find. I highly recommend you give them a call for your heating and air conditioning jobs. We had a new AC/heater installed within the last week and I have never seen a team be so dedicated to a great job, work very, very hard and leave my place as clean as they found it. Thank you Atkinson Heating and Air Conditioning! This is the kind of company you can rely on.

Jason is very honest and professional. He worked on my mom's ac and when I followed up with my mom she was very pleased, had nothing but praise for him. His pricing was very fair and she said she is keeping his number available for any other issues. Thank you for not taking advantage of the elderly (she had an issue in the past where another service vendor charged a $100 ladder fee to get in the attic). I will definitely keep his number handy for issues that arise with my house.

I thought my ac was completely shoot. I called this company and they explained to me that is was a minor problem and had it fixed in under 15 minutes. My ac was quite old so I asked for a price for a new anyway. The quote was extremely competitive and I shoes to have them come back out and replace the old ac unit. They did the work was very good took them less than a day. And my bill electric bill has go e down by 30% I would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

Everyone at atkinson air conditioning & heating were very professional and nice. I had several quotes from other companies and Atkinson was the most reasonable and didn’t try to upscale other products/warranties. They would have been done with the install the same day as they brought 4 guys to do the job, but the new air handler had an issue. Atkinson ordered the part the next morning and Installed on a day I was available. If you are having issues with a unit and need a new one I would definitely recommend them as they gave me a very nice trane system for a great price and everyone was really nice.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. Jason and his company were very professional and installed a brand new heat pump for me just yesterday. The work was excellent. The customer service beyond my expectations. He kept me informed every step of the way
