Good service, prompt on-time arrival at the appointment time. Tony was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Recommended some possible repairs for 2026 AC season but no hard/scare sales tactics. Overall quite satisfied with Wright’s service.

We have been a customer of Wright for 30 years and have always been more that satisfied with their service and employees. We thought we'd be responsible and get several estimates from other companies, hands down and no doubts, we chose Wright. They made sure we were educated and informed from the beginning to the finish of the service.

Scheduled an appointment to get a second opinion on my AC repair or replacement and from the point of setting the appointment the communication was excellent. I received both an E-mail and text confirming my appointment, reminder the morning of and when the Tech was in rout to my house. James was the technician that came to assess my unit.
From the time he arrived he listened to my situation and concerns and then explained his process for evaluating my system. Every step he showed and explained what he was going to do and what he found. I was thoroughly pleased that he talked me through the findings and answered ally questions. This was the most thorough process I've ever experienced, by the time he left I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Turned out I didn't need a replacement just a few minor repairs, I'm confident in my decision and now have a plan in place to monitor my aging unit.

Jason is a phenomenal advisor! We contacted Wright Home Services for an estimate to replace our HVAC system and Jason met with us to discuss options. He arrived on-time as scheduled and was especially pleasant with us and respectful of our home. He evaluated the work we wanted done and made some recommendations--without any pressure to buy--to improve airflow. He provided three estimates for different price points to give us options. We were extremely comfortable working with Jason because he was honest and transparent with respect to our options and costs.

Just want to say that this was one of the best maintenance service visits I've had in quite some time. James was very thorough in checking our system and was eager to answer any questions I had; definitely very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tony and the Wright team. I tried to resolve an AC system issue I was having and had misdiagnosed it, Tony arrived and quickly and gracefully provided a thorough explanation of what was needed to get it running again. Not only get it back online, but provide full scope of resolving the issue with peace of mind. He never tried to oversell repairs but instead looked for the most efficient way to service the system. I was well informed during the entire visit process, Tony and the team have earned my trust!

Michael from Wright Home Services is outstanding! We’ve been w/WHS for 3 yrs & have the annual maintenance plan. Michael serviced our system, he was so kind & professional. He identified some components on our system that need to be replaced bc they’re running inefficiently & might cause further damage down the road. I was home alone when the tech came, but Jody made me feel completely comfortable. He was professional, respectful of our home, and took time to explain everything he was checking and why. Wright Services recently serviced an AC unit at one of the properties I manage and the experience was excellent. They were very professional and thorough in their work and James the HVAC tech took time to explain everything along the way. Wright AC Services came through for us on Labor Day 2025 when our nine-year-old Carrier unit finally failed. They responded quickly on the holiday, diagnosed the issue, and walked us through replacement options without any pressure. We decided to move forward with a new 3.5-ton system, and although the full install was completed three days later, they provided two portable AC wall units to keep the house cool in the meantime.

The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. The install wasn’t cheap, but the workmanship, communication, and responsiveness made us feel confident in the investment. The new system has been performing well, and we appreciate the comfort and reliability it restored to our home.

I cannot say enough good things about Wright Home Services.

My 3-year-old Trane heat pump failed again during the January 2026 cold snap. The original installer was not returning calls or emails, despite the system having broken down multiple times every year since installation.

James came out promptly the very next day and quickly diagnosed the real problem: an improper installation so serious it could have burned my house down. No one had ever identified this before.

Eric and Enrique then came out to do the electrical system upgrade that should have been done at the original install. Once that work was completed, the system was properly repaired and finally running the way it should have from the start.

The professionalism, technical competence, and responsiveness were exceptional—especially given the weather and the urgency of the situation.

I am incredibly grateful to this team. They earned my trust, my gratitude, and all of my future business. If you want the job done correctly and safely, this is the company to call.

None of the suggested questions seemed to apply. Your technician, Joseph, arrived on time, was very personable and professional. He quickly serviced all the parts of the HVAC system. He seemed very knowledgeable. He even offered very practical advice, and mentioned other services and products that your company provided. He left without charging us a sent. Apparently it was part of the purchase package for the HVAC system.
