My AC needed a tuneup and has been struggling. I’ve heard great things about Wright Home Service so I called them up and they were out the very next day! James and Blake did a fantastic job with everything they did! Not only were they super friendly, but they took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly and actually cared about me as a person and not just another customer. The prices were so reasonable and the work was spot on perfect! I highly recommend Wright and will continue to use them from here on out!

They were timely, very respectful of our house, did a great job and we’re very good at explaining everything. Our technician was James Moore and he was excellent!

Joseph Gomez was very pleasant. He was more than knowledgeable about the repair of my system but, also gave me sensible information on the purchase of my next unit.

Mike came and told me I had ordered the incorrect filters. They turned out to be the knock-offs and would not work, but s he had one on the truck so, he installed that one! He was professional and easy to work with! It operating much more effeciently now! Thanks Kathy g

I had them come I for annual AC preventive maintenance care on both my of my units and they did a fantastic job. Tony was thorough and diligent. I received a report on the condition of both units after the cleaning and was not pressured to do anything or take any unnecessary steps that would cost more money. True professionals through and through!

I recently had Pedro and Mr Mohammed service two of my furnaces.
Both are outstanding, knowledgeable,answered my questions..
On time.
Heads up,home comfort club will save you money and time.Both men had the filters needed and replaced them.
One filter is free from club membership,the other two are specialty filters,saved on them through the club.

The team of Steve, Jonathan and Gustavo came out to replace some old duct work and install a new plenum. It was complicated!! They also did duct cleaning and sealing. They were efficient, courteous and the work is pro in every aspect. I’m not an HVAC expert but I know good work and good workers when I come across them. Best HVAC service we have had !!

We were very pleased with Michael Owens coming out to service our HVAC for the fall and winter. Very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and satisfied our concerns. We will definitely use Wright Homes Services again!

This is the 2nd time James has been to our home to provide maintenance on our HVAC system and he has been absolutely amazing. He is so knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. We are extremely happy with the services that have been completed!

This the technician they sent James he’s a good guy he’s professional he’s knowledgeable. He’s friendly he tells you upfront what’s happening there’s no secrets. No hidden nothing. These are good people to hire and I would hire them again if I needed them and when I do, I will.

James came to my home and was very polite and professional. He inspected my heating unit throughly and attempted to assess my AC unit. However,
due to the cold weather, he was unable to complete that inspection.
I was only charged for the heating inspection.
James went above and beyond today.
I have not hired Wright A/C and Heating before. I will most definitely keep them in my contacts!

Wright AC Services is the best AC service we have ever used. Jason was friendly, kept me informed of the issues and provided various solutions to choose from. He made us feel at ease that the issue would be resolved. Blake provided before and after photos of all the work he had done to show the difference the repairs made. In a world of uncertainty, Jason, Blake, and the Wright AC team not only resolved the issue, they made us feel seen, heard, and respected. We will be forever grateful.

8 years ago I was told I needed a new a/c. I am grateful it lasted this long. Gus, did an excellent job explaining why my a/c went out. What my options are, not making me feel pressured to buy. Myself and family had lots of questions and Gus answered them all. Pictures show mold and could not function properly.

I had five HVAC replacement quotes and Jason in sales was by far the most informative and cared enough about my new system to be on site when it arrived and helped oversee getting it on the roof by a crane! He also came in the cheapest!

Steve and Jonathan were top tier installers that really knew their stuff and kept me well informed throughout a challenging install process, due to limited space in AC closet, code upgrades, crane service and my Nest thermostat throwing in an added level of complexity.

Jody came over on the final day to troubleshoot why my H2O sensors still weren’t functioning like they should, but the AC was working great! He determined that it was because the Nest wasn’t wired to the unit correctly. That could have been on me and my self install 1.5yrs ago..

Office staff was always friendly and helpful and I would have called them out also if I remembered their names.

I already knew Wright Home Service was going to the “wright” choice for me when I heard the commercial with the new kids on the block song! :). Tony was my technician today for my maintenance visit. He was friendly, professional, and explained how things worked. He was also kind (and patient) enough to get the neighborhood kitty who ran up the ladder into the attic, back down! It’s hard to find reliable and trustworthy business and people and I definitely found that with Wright Home Services and their technician Tony!

When our AC went out, Mandy was so kind over the phone and had an HVAC tech to our home in less than 45”. James (Moore) was not only polite and super nice, but explained his findings and got our AC back to ‘ice cold’ in less than an hour.

I’ll not only continue to use Wright Home Services, but also highly recommend them. 🙌🏼🙌🏼
