I called in for maintenance on my ac unit and spoke to Diane. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on what was going to be done on my unit.

Justin was informative, professional, patient, and thorough. He got our system checked out and ready to go in no time.

Justin and Alanzo inspected my AC unit, gave it a tune up and shared their recommendations. They were both very professional and provided excellent customer service.

Justin did a great job cleaning and inspecting our AC. He was punctual, polite, and offered advice on how to be a good steward to my AC after the fact

Tech was nice and on time. Never received the actual report of the unit and have been asking for over 3 weeks with no response or "we will get back to you". Unsure why this request is so difficult.

This was my first experience with Smart Choice but I'm sure won't be my last. Professional but easy to ask questions of. Both Alonso and Justin worked through to get the job done. I'm sure to call Smart Choice, next time my A/C has a problem.

Alonzo replaced a bad evaporator coil, recharged the system, relocated the UV light to a more suitable location, and got my AC up in running in record time. I've never done any business with this company and today at 8am, they're sending me an unrequested text trying to get me to sign up for a maintenance service visit. I am on the national do not call list and them texting me is a violation of the law and a complete disregard for a person's wishes not to be bothered with blank telemarketing.
