Damiani's Comfort Deaign is a terrific company that provides great service, taking the time needed to install my new system last year and now come out for the first summer service call. Technician was thorough and took the time to ensure everything was checked out properly before the unit will actually be needed! OUTSTANDING company that provides great service and wonderful technicians.

Ryan did a thorough and professional job repairing our A/C at a reasonable price. We were so pleased that we signed up for an annual service plan with Damiani’s!

The technician arrived on time and was friendly and professional as he performed maintenance on my AC unit. The company kept me reminded of my appointment and communicated about the pending arrival of the technician. I have used this company for maintenance and repair since they installed my unit in 2012. Great customer service! Sent reminder text the day before, and technician arrived on time. He explained the various steps of the inspection and explained findings at the end of the visit. Very professional! This was a visit for our maintenance plan, so no cost at the time of visit.

Biannual check up went great, as always. Damiani’s technician was prompt, friendly, extremely thorough and left the unit fully serviced and even tidied up a bit. He was thoughtful and clear in communicating the work he had performed - we feel totally ready for the brutal AC season ahead of us now.

My tech arrived for the annual AC check. The 1st question he asked me was: How was my room cooling? A year ago at the last AC check my extra bedroom wasn't cooling. The technicians had to do some minor repairs and updates. After the updates it was cooling down. I was very impressed Ryan remembered and asked me about it. An exceptional company with first rate service! We have been with Damiani Comfort and Design for over a decade and we absolutely love their service. Their technicians are always prompt, courteous, detailed and professional. We lived in our previous home for over 10 years and with Damiani Comfort and Design maintenance / service plan our AC units ran perfectly and never needed any major repairs.

Damiani’s is a quality business. They let you know who is coming and when they are coming. The service people are polite and respectful while completing the maintenance. We have been using Damiani’s for a few years now and chose them to purchase our new A/C unit when we needed to replace it. They have been friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and caring with all of our service and any issues that have come up. Damiani’s Comfort Design has been our HVAC service company since they put in a new system in 2007 and a replacement system in 2022. They have always provided outstanding service and I trust and recommend the company highly. The owner, Tom, and all his staff are professional and expert in their installation and maintenance of our system.

Ryan was very efficient and personable. He fixed our issue by replacing a section of the drain line very quick and got our cool air blowing on a very warm day. He also informed us of the various maintenance memberships without pressuring me into making a decision before he left. It was very refreshing to not feel pressured or that I was being upsold on more repairs that may or may not be needed in the short term but also confident he could address any issues we may have in the future. Damiani's seems to be expert service the way it used to be and I'm very happy to have found them. Thank you!
