Was having issues with my unit, reached out to Smart Choice they showed up fast and were very respectful and honest with the visit to diagnose my unit. Diane Martinez from the office guided me through the process and was very helpful and very nice. The field crew fixed it the same day at a fair price!! Discount Air is a life saver! My A/C had been out for 2 days before I was able to find someone to come and fix it. They were easy to work with and I am very happy with the results -- and more importantly, my A/C works! I would 100% recommend working with them.

I cannot say enough good things about Charlie and Discount Air! Charlie returned my call within minutes of my leaving a message requesting a quote for services. He was transparent about how he charges for his work, he showed up on time (early even), was professional and friendly and completed the job quickly. My AC units are on the roof of my business (which I cannot access easily) and Charlie took photos of both units and the work he was doing. As a woman, service men often try to upsell services/products and assume that we will not know the difference, however Charlie was honest about the services my AC needed and the timing of future services. After being a loyal customer of Champion Air (and overpaying for their services) I am gladly switching to Discount Air for both my business and residential AC/Heating services. Thank you for treating me with respect and integrity. I don't often leave Google reviews, but your service today needed to be recognized because it was 5-star plus!

Great people, great service.

HTS was hired for a boiler inspection but they turned around and outsourced it to another company. There was a lack of communication with the outsourced company causing confusion with the technician. He had no knowledge of the issue we had and spent time doing unnecessary work. We were invoiced by both companies for the same job. HTS invoiced us over 1 thousand to then provide a 10-thousand-dollar quote to repair the issue by cleaning. We later hired another company to do the cleaning HTS suggested for $250. The company said they would do the cleaning as hired but that it was not necessary work. Not sure if the trouble we experienced was due to the individual sales rep but this information was communicated with a supervisor and we received no explanation.

I want to thank Mr. Lee Baker, who does an outstanding job cleaning and keeping my air-conditioning system in tip-top shape. He is a meticulous professional who spent a lot of time ensuring my system was immaculate. I recommend Damiani as a highly trusted and reliable company committed to excellent service and high customer satisfaction. A company is only as good as its employees.

Damiani has been my “go to” company for all home heating and AC needs for over 20 years. From routine maintenance to parts replacement to the installation of a complete new system, their work has always been top notch.

I called Damiani because my a/c unit wasn’t cooling normally and the original company that came out said there was nothing they could do except replace my unit. Many of my neighbors recommended Damiani so I gave them a try.

This was a great experience and the technician, Andrew, was really great!! He explained his findings as he went and what my options were. He was very thorough and tried everything he could to help me and I now have much cooler air.

Problems like these are very stressful, especially with summer temperatures on the way, and it is sad that some companies take advantage of seniors and women. So grateful for companies like Damiani!!

Damiani’s was able to schedule our appointment around my schedule and Bryan arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. He explained everything and even asked about our schedule for filter replacement. Beyond the scheduled service he took a look at the outside components to address a question from me. This is a good company that offers good service at fair prices
