Excellent service from our techs from Smart Choice A/C under a special CPS program. Very professional and hard working, and they kept us informed on the results.

Our central air went out on a Friday called from a couple of times to a few times. Untill Monday we got notified that they would be in sometime during the day. My man says he was out of town

They showed up and worked on the central air and had it diagnosed within minutes, the price was reasonable.

They have done some other work before, and since I had them come back I guess I am satisfied with the work.

Had Justin come out for CPS tune up and he went above and beyond with the process. He checked everything on the unit, inside and out. He spotted the user manual left in the unit from the builder. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate his assistance with this trip. I would recommend this company.

Justin came out right at the beginning of our scheduled time window and was diligent and precise with his inspection of our ac system. It serves to mention that he was incredibly patient as my dogs were not on their best behavior. Justin explained to me what is causing the unit to work harder than it should. Javier was professional and very respectful. He did a thorough check of my heating system and informed me I needed a new filter. He also showed me pictures of my system.
Also offered me an extremely reasonable service plan. Likewise, he informed me that althoughmy system is only 4 years old, my 10-year warranty didn't help much because of a government rule change regarding freon.

I’m very happy with my service I had done to my HVAC system Diane Glavan answered all my questions and concerns. She also had a team dispatch to my house, pretty promptly, smart choice heating and cooling I almost definitely recommend them!

We needed a new HVAC system and Blake came by to inspect it and gave us a great end-of-year deal. Alonzo, Javier, and Justin came out within an hour of signing the contract and started right in on the job. Roberto and Frankie came by later to finish the job, but Alonzo saw massive mold on the plenum that Blake wasn’t able to notice because of limitations of that area without disconnection the unit. Javier and Justin came back this morning to add a new plenum and air purifier. Excellent job by all the men. Professional and courteous. Highly recommend this company.

Smart Choice came out to service my furnace, they sent out their technician Javier who was very efficient and knowledgeable with his recommendations to improve and maintain my system was running to manufacture specifications. Ty Javier for welcoming me to the Smart Choice Family

Had heard about company from text marketing I had received previously. My furnace heater was not functioning when turned on but AC cooled just fine. Initially texting with Diana I received notifications that might not be able to schedule appointment till late January or early February. At time they were running a $49.00 furnace tune up. Thought it was a good deal. Well I'd just gotten text from Diana when I actually got a call from Alonso who assured me there's actually some time slots available sooner so was able to schedule service for Monday 01.19.26. Received text confirmation of this appointment. Fast forward to day of service 01.19 and got courtesy call from Justin, my assigned technician, that he'd be running a bit late. I thought this was good customer service to state I'm sorry running late from another job but I'm on the way. Justin arrived and looked over inside furnace heater and outside AC unit to seek answers to why wasn't working. He established indeed AC was working and cooling and issue were just furnace heater not firing up. He took off panels to see internal working and was able to determine the system may have heated up but turned off from overheating. Justin changed out filter and adjusted inner wires but still system wouldn't fire. He then made contact with supervisor who turned out to be Alonso who in tandem with Justin was able to discover there was something blocking the rotation of a part that prevented the proper rotation of mechanical system to start furnace heater. Once removed this blockage the system fired right up with mo further issues. From start to finish professional work and look forward to maintenance agreement with this organization. Answers to all questions. Methodically worked to find root cause of issue, sought supervisor assistance when initially not working, following up and easy repairs. Would recommend to get them to help with any AC furnace heater issues.
