We have Damiani’s Comfort Design for over 20 years now. We had them when we were in our former house and now in our current house. They are very professional both in the office and field (their technicians). Love the quality service they provide. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and polite. They take time to explain things when I have questions. I highly recommend their affordable maintenance plan. I always get a reminder when it’s time for tune-up of our system. A company I can trust!

Both Ryan and Lee have come out to do tune-ups as well as replace some parts for us. They are always extremely friendly and very clear about any repairs that need to be done. The technician came on time. I had also received one or more reminders of the service appt. He took his time assessing the system, inside and outside. He replaced our filters upon request, even one that is difficult. Ultimately, the system was in good shape, in need of no repair at this point.

I’ve been a loyal customer for awhile now. Absolutely love their customer service and expertise. Lee was recently out and did an excellent job, as usual. He has a great way of explaining things to help me understand what he’s doing and how things work. On top of the excellent service, the folks at Damiani are just outstanding people. If you need service, new AC, you won’t find a better company to take good care of you.

I would like to say that Damiani’s is a superior company for service and maintaining your home AC system. They troubleshoot to the component and help you save your existing system instead of telling you that you need to expense a new system to fix the problem which is what a good majority of other companies do today. They are the unseen jewel in the San Antonio area.

Damiani's was recommended by a friend when i received a message from my tenants that the AC unit was blowing hot air *on a 98° day * on a Friday after 2. They were at the property by 4, fixed my issue by 4:30! Fast, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The technician explained what the problem was, what the solution was and wrapped it up quickly. With no "emergency Friday afternoon at 4" pricing!

Their technician really helped with our dryer vent and did it in record time. It is great to have a family run company that listens to your needs and works to make sure the job is done right.

I cannot say enough for this company. Another one recommended teplacing 2 units on my 2 year old house at 60 thousand dollars. They came and assessed the problem and figured out one unit was only hooked up to one room. They fixed it at less than 500 dollars and everything is perfect. I’m using them for my business too now. They respond promptly and get there really fast if problems.

Damiani's was able to work me into a time that fit my schedule between work and pick up time for my kids. The technician was delayed due to a earlier appointment with a customer, but cut his lunch short to meet the scheduled time. I appreciate the efforts Tom and crew made made for me.

Control board was fried. Ryan ordered a replacement and did the reinstall. I was impressed that he had pigtails to replace the burnt wires and got the system up and running. I would have like a somewhat quicker turn around (3 days) but I am pleased with the service provided as a new customer. I plan on enrolling in their service agreement to keep the system functioning.

Lee was great. Very friendly and professional. He arrived promptly at 8 and was here a long time telling us he really took his time. We feel like Damianis is a great service and have had zero issues with our systems since we started using them.

Service was quick and efficient. He walked me through a couple of procedures and I appreciated the time he took to make sure I was comfortable doing it by myself. Recommend Damiani’s 100%!
