Been using Airspeed for many many years now. What I like most about their service is how they communicate with me the entire time and wet the right expectations. When it was going to take longer get than expected they let me know, when it was time to do some preventative maintenance they always gave us the right recommendation. Not only have I used them in business but Airspeed takes care of my family as well as a few friends. Good people stay in business and that is exactly what you will get with Airspeed. I was introduced to Air Speed almost ten years ago by a dear friend of many years who was a HVAC technician. His recommendations I trusted without any reservations. Air Speed installed a new HVAC system in my home and I was totally satisfied with the installation and the price. My friend is no longer with us, but I am still with Air Speed. I have my system maintenance serviced twice yearly. In my almost ten years I've only had one experience of my system needing a repair. The problem occurred late on a Friday. I thought initially to wait and call on Monday. But I decided to call I think after hours anticipating being scheduled for a Monday service call. Quite to my surprise and astonishment, Air Speed responded immediately with a Friday night service call and with no extra after hours cost The problem was quickly resolved. So yes, I am satisfied, committed Air Speed patron.

After searching the AC market for an economic and reliable deal, I was recommended Air Speed Heating and Cooling. I called, and they came to my house punctually. After evaluating my AC needs, they patiently developed and presented several systems for me to select the most convenient. During this process, I was impressed by their courtesy, professionalism and attention to details. Their knowledge and expertise was demonstrated during the installation of our new AC system. They made it in a timely manner, with little disturbance on our home routine. After finishing, they picked up all rubbish and cleaned their working space. We enjoyed watching them working as a well coordinated team.
I highly recommend Air Speed to anybody looking for quality, economy and responsible service.

Can’t say enough about the fast and professional service we received from airspeed. We had our AC give out on us and we decided to replace the entire system inside and out. Their techs, especially Luis, were extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to answer all the questions my wife and I had. As soon as we gave them the go ahead to do it, they had it all done within 1 day. They even followed up a few days later just to make sure everything was working properly. This company clearly cares about its customers and take great pride in what they do. I will continue to use them for any AC issues I have going forward and would definitely recommend them to any individual who is need a of a great AC technician.

Do your research before calling this company. We had a new AC system installed, and from day one, the house was humid, and the system failed to cool. We repeatedly raised concerns, only to be told each time that everything was 'functioning properly.' This was clearly not the case. After a full month of constant complaints with no resolution, we were forced to hire another company, which identified and fixed the issue immediately. Given this experience, I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

Air speed has been the company we trust and use for our home and also our family’s whenever an issue may arise, and will continue to as well as recommend to all of our friends. You can tell that the owners and techs at this company truly care about their customers, they answer any questions we have with detail and when we had to replace our original AC unit and heating system on our 20+ year old home Air Speed had the job completed within one day so we didn’t have to go without comfort, and even made sure to follow up to ensure that everything was functioning smoothly. I am a full believer that in South Texas, a good AC company is worth it's weight in gold. This company is a prime example of just that. Attentive responses, great prices, and the people work with you in order to achieve your desired outcome. Even made plans for the future when my budget wasn't ready for something they discovered. What a great company - needed my AC fixed and in a jiffy they made the appointment that same day! It did not matter it was after 5pm the point was to get business done! And that is what they did!

Omar and his team were phenomenal. They were quick and extremely responsive to my needs in the middle of the summer when my compressor went out. He and his team worked tirelessly to resolve my issues and he continuously followed up to ensure my needs were met. He and his crew are honest and uphold great integrity. When our a/c went out at the start of summer we contacted Optimus air pretty late in the evening and the owner Omar got to fixing our air the very next day. He explained everything that was wrong and told us how to upkeep our unit so it runs better. Will keep using their business in the future. Highly recommend.
