(We have three units) He is extremely reputable and I know I can trust what he tells me. I refer him to all my friends and they have all been very pleased with his service. Highly recommend!

Chris at AirXpress has serviced my air conditioners for several years and when it was time to replace one of them, he did an awesome job. He and his son carried the very heavy new unit across rafters in the attic and removed the old unit. I will definitely use Chris again when the other two units need service or replacement. He is very friendly, efficient and fair.

Our heater went out and of course it would happen right before our Texas freeze was going to happen. This company came out a gentleman named Chris came in to check our unit and in no time at all diagnosed the problem. He came out as soon as he had the part in his hands and got our unit running in time for the cold front. Some people are good at their job and some people are great at their job. I would definitely call them out again if needed too again. Excellent customer service and did it with a smile. Thanks Mr Chris again for helping keep our home warm this winter!

We highly recommend Chris with AirXpress. Our upstairs unit just was not cooling and it was getting even more unbearable. I asked in Nextdoor for recommendations and his name was given by several. I called and he came out, check our unit and identified the problem. Told us what needed to be fixed and even made another recommendation that we agreed made sense. Update: Our air conditioner stopped cooling in June 2024, and we couldn’t figure out why, since we just had it repaired. We called AirXpress and requested Chris to come out. Chris figured it out right away. After running thorough tests he got to the problem and fixed it. Chris was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend AirXpress—ask for Chris!

When I called Air Xpress, they scheduled the service very next day. They had sent a text next day prior to come for service. They did a good job of servicing my unit and charged me very reasonable fee. Before they do any service, they verify whether that will be covered using our warranty. We are very much satisfied with his work and I will certainly call him again for my next service and will not hesitate to recommend him for anyone having AC issues.

Chris and his team came out and got to the root of the issue quickly. I ended up needing to replace my old AC unit and they did quality and quick work to get me back up and running in the same day. Chris at Air Xpress is very professional, transparent, straightforward, and informative. He's very reasonable and doesn't push gimmicks or upsell unnecessary things. He and his assistant wore booties in the house without me reminding them. They even supplied their own. We had our condenser replaced. We also had duct work done, and there was some mess but not a surprise since most of our contractors haven't cleaned up after themselves fully. We highly recommend this small business!
