I supposed get a yearly maintenance service, and paid full year. They did not show up and called for it. I was told that I have to pay each time and they did not even provide the contract details and communication. Not recommending such a fraud services to anyone.

They're great up until there's an issue with their work. Then they're MIA.

Great service. I called them because I needed a new AC during summer time and I had a great experience with them. They got on time and finished the installation quick! I'll call them again!

Technition did not show up for scheduled time between 10 and 2. That was confirmed by text message only. Called office around 3 pm and Lucy stated that the time was wrong it was 11 and 3. She also stated technition would be after 5 pm. While on the phone it was stated she text the original times and she argued and hung up the phone and refused to answer the phone after. Tech never showed.the company response is incorrect. Not threats was made and they never attempted to call me and tell me about changes. Lucy also was the one that cancelled the appointment not me. They are very unprofessional and inconsiderate of anyone's time.

I was pleased with this HVAC company that American Homeshield Warranty sent.They were very responsive,and prompt in their service.They were much better then I expected in the repairs made and explained clearly what the Technician would do.The Technician arrived on time and replaced a major component to the Central Air Conditioner System.This was done quickly in a few days to my surprise.At this juncture,I would be pleased to recommend them.

My heater went out during during the night while having the ice storm. despite icy roads and even a portion of I-10 fwy being closed, Nuedes (owner) came out. I have two extremely steep hills that were icy and any other vendor would have passed on showing up, but not this company. They got my heater running so I could get through another night of 19 degree weather! You can bet I was thankful for their promptneSs and determination in time of need

Ac went out, my warranty company set up appointment for Sunday (this happened on Thursday and 100 degree weather) called and they changed appointment to the same day I called- Friday, they got it running for the weekend and replaced the motor on Monday, Great response, very nice people, on time, courteous and very professional. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Design was great to work with during our system replacement. Corresponding was easy. Via text or phone. On time for all appointments. The owner is very kind and easy to work with.

I called them because my unit suddenly stopped working. They responded promptly and informed me my compressor was bad and that I should replace the A/C unit for just over $7000. I called master cheif a/c for a second opinion and $900 and 1 hour later A/C working great. Compressor working great.

They did a great job. They are reliable and quick.
