Called this company after hours because of the reviews. They were at my house within a few hours in the peak of AC season. They researched and discovered that my unit was still under mfg. warranty and they only charged me for labor. They were back the next day with a new blower motor. Quick, efficient and very respectful of our time and inconveniences. Thank you Neudes. They also gave me suggestions on improving the efficiency of my system.

My old AC unit was leaking freon, and was not repairable. I contacted 4 air conditioning repair companies that were local and asked for bids to either replace my whole system, or to give me partial replacement quotes. I heard back from 3 of them, but they only offered a few options. After a little more research, I contacted Design HVAC, and after a thorough inspection, they provided TEN quotes , with various options!
I could not have been more impressed by both Neudes and Yuli, working as a team to give me exactly what I was looking for: a high efficiency AC system at a very reasonable price. Both the outside and inside AC system components were installed in one day, and thoroughly checked out for proper operation. Neudes is an excellent technician, and worked diligently to get everything to fit my existing plenum and ductwork, with great workmanship. This is an outstanding company, with the highest integrity I've seen.

This is the worst HVAC company I ever dealt with, the guy name Neudes had the worst attitude and had no costumer service skills. This guy walked in the house in 10 mins diagnosed my AC unit and charged for a part that didn’t fix the issue. This company refuse to come back and fix the issue even after our paying the service fee. This guy was incompetent and we get what we pay for when your bid is the lowest. We got our AC looked at again by a more reputable company and the issue was resolved. Don’t waste your time. I will be filling a formal complaint.

Been a couple years and we had some condensation issues that Neudes quickly addressed (20 minutes or so) and then had him do a tuneup while he was here. 30 minutes later he bent us over and overcharged us by a ridiculous amount. it is my fault for assuming his prices were still fair but he obviously takes advantage of people who use him outside his normal appliance insurance jobs.

Moved into a new home after doing a complete renovation only to discover that the HVAC system had several issues including poor balancing between floors along with the inside unit being extremely dirty due to construction. Neudes arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection. He then provided several informed and reasonably priced options to increase reliability and our comfort.

Neudes performed the work quickly and everything is both sparkling clean and running like new. I will be keeping Design HVAC on speed dial for any future needs!---

Neudes was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue within minutes of arriving - on time. In fact, they were able to get me a same-day appt. Incredible, because of this heat I'm sure they are very busy. He made the repair in about 1/2 hr., which I am unbelievably grateful for. No waiting for parts! He had them in his truck. I will always call Design HVAC first!! I HIGHLY recommend them.

DESIGN HVAC did an amazing job replacing our Central A/C Unit In August, 2023. It was 104 degrees in San Antonio and the Technician didn’t flinch. He disconnected the old Unit and replaced it with a brand new Unit in the terrible heat. The Technician was knowledgeable and professional. We were so happy! One more important thing I should mention, is that the DESIGN HVAC Office Manager, Julie, was extremely efficient and responsive. She was responsible for making sure all the correct equipment was ordered and delivered in a timely manner. Julie was very friendly and empathetic to our situation of no A/C, and went out of her way to help us. Julie deserves 10 stars out of a rating of 1 to 5. My AC died on Sunday, July 16th. I contacted my home warranty company on Monday morning. They put me in touch with Design HVAC who promptly arrived on Tuesday, July 18th. My technician, Neudes, was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. In two hours my home was starting to cool off. Julie, also from Design HVAC, called me several times to make sure my home was cooling and I really appreciated that as my husband and I are both disabled and seniors. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company for your HVAC needs. I don't give many reviews but Design HVAC is worth me taking the time to write one this time. I really am very appreciative that my home warranty company referred them to help me!!

Replaced a very old a/c unit and updated the installation from a custom in-wall design to a more maintainable installation in the attic, recovering wall space in the change. They provided a number of different options and provided info needed to optimize cost vs efficiency. Design HVAC was very responsive and communicative throughout the process and completed the work on schedule at a fair price.
