Elmer’s Home Services is great. My father had trouble with his thermostat connection and made a called in the morning , They came out and fixed the problem the same day. Michael Ross, our technician was so awesome. He was very kind , professional and patient with my 87 year-old father. He went above and beyond the repair that we requested and help us do maintenance and repairs for any future problems that arise.

Mario Olivares was very personable and knowledgeable about our system. He explained everything and gave us options. He fixed our issue quickly and we feel better know the how’s and why’s. Max Sifuentez is one of the top employees this company has to offer. He arrived in a timely manner. He was professional, quickly diagnosed the issue (clogged drain) explained the issue to me, answered all my questions and had it solved almost immediately. I would personally request and highly recommend him if any plumbing issues arise. Thank you Elmers for taking pride in your employees.

Jim McKinney the attention to detail was very outstanding. Had other techs come out check the system and couldn’t find out why the heat wasn’t working . He gets here and does all the voltage test. Automatically finds it a lose power wire. Connects the thermostat back and just like that my house has heat and cooling again. The attention to detail was unmatched. I’m very grateful he was able to get the unit back up and running. I appreciate his service so much ! Definitely someone I’d want on my team and a damn good guy ! Thank you Jim for helping us stay warm this winter . I highly recommend to ask for him if he’s available. Thank you Elmer’s for hiring him and having him help out the people here in San Antonio Texas !

Max showed up fast! Like within 45 minutes of my initial call, fast. Right off, he put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable without being arrogant, professional, and courteous. Not to mention how thoroughly and deliberately he went about his work. When he was done, he tidied up, explained everything and then charged the amount that was quoted. Max and Elmer’s saved the day today. Again…

Hector came out to help me with a heating problem and gave me the best experience with a company that I have been through to date. First of all he was very personable. He immediately proved to be an amazing person with strong family values and a heart that looks out for his customer's best interest. He ran a very detailed diagnosis of our system and took clear pictures of where our unit was lacking. He gave us varying options and awarded us with comfort that all would be okay and that we were in good hands with Elmers. He wasn't overly pushy in sales like other companies but he did express the importance and benefits of all the services. Although I needed some time to weigh the options, he made sure to set up a time to get in touch with me to see where I was at with my decision. Elmer's got a good one with Hector.

Mario kept us completely informed as to what was needed and provided options based on the funds we would be able to spend on the repair. A true breath of fresh air over the previous company we used. I would recommend Elmer’s to anyone that has figured out that the “other guy” is not customer focused and possibly even dishonest

A few days ago I had called Jon Wayne to come service my central A/C that was not running and cooling. Jon Wayne wanted to charge me 3,850 for the parts that I have warranty on. I called Elmer and Mr.Mario Olivares inspected my unit. Mr.Olivares was very clear and concise with what had to be done. The parts and labor for the A/C evaporator coil were free of charge(under warranty). Some compressor parts from the outside fan weren’t running properly, which Jon Wayne did not notify me. Mr.Olivares sat down with me and conversed about each individual charge I was paying for. We are going to stay with Elmer for life. Thank you for all you guys do!
