Sandoval Service is my new go-to for AC and Refrigeration repairs. I called around 0900 and my AC was fixed by 1730. Fast, honest, and all-around friendly service.

Has and will always be my go to AC/heat, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machine and prep tables technician. He had serviced my first restaurant for about 3-4 years and recently my second one (passed all inspection during first visit). Know the city code well (my inspector never has any problem with the temperature of my equipment), work independently, won't try to sell you something you don't need and will explain to you VERY THOROUGHLY what happened to your machine, what needs to be done and how he's going to do it. After he's done, he will always stay to make sure everything is working properly before he takes off to his next service call.

They were either very expensive or unreliable plus their (individuals) work was not guaranteed. Mario, however, is an expert in his line of work. We recently upgraded our AC unit to a more energy efficient one. Mario took the time to explain all the different options we had (didnt know there could be so many) and he gave us the time to decide what we wanted to go with. He never pushed for the more expensive model, just gave us all the facts on each model. We ended up going with the trane model. Very professional, polite and answered all of our questions. Took him all day to install the unit but he didnt leave until it was all good. He even told us how we could apply for some credit with CPS for having an energy efficient unit. Let me say that we also consulted other companies but Mario is the most knowledgeable hands down!!! He definitely knows what he is talking about and what he is doing. Highly recommended!!! you cannot go wrong with Mario. If your ac unit is acting up or you thinking of upgrading, Mario is the ONLY GUY you need in town!!!.

My heater/ac unit wasn’t working so I called Mario at Sandoval Sevices. He came out promptly and got it working again. He always texted before he arrived to keep us updated, which was nice. He showed up every time he said he would. Didn’t charge an extra trip charge when he needed to come back a separate day because a part needed to be ordered. Super friendly and professional. I’ve used him for our hvac need for over 20 years.

Two years ago I had to replaced my wine cooling unit, WhisperKOOL for an updated version. There is nobody better trained than Mario to service this unit in the San Antonio area.I’m glad the company in California recommended Sandoval Services. He did an excellent job.
