We called other 4 companies and their prices were very competitive. The service and the people were the reason we opted for them. Customer service was excellent and techs were great to work with.

These guys are awesome! Our AC suddenly stopped blowing cold air and the heat was unbearable. I called in the morning, and a technician was at our house by early afternoon. He was a real professional guy, and got everything fixed within 40 minutes.

Pleasantly impressed with this company. The technician didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me a good price, and fixed it on the spot. I really appreciate the transparency. Highly recommended if you need a quality ac repair done.

This business is a scam. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Once they get your money they will not show up to fix their mess or return your phone calls. In fact, they will ghost you all together. Remember you get what you pay for

Simon has done electrical and ac work for me before. He and his crew did an excellent job as always. I highly recommend this company.

Simons Electric did a fantastic job replacing both electrical panels and some difficult rewriting. They were both very professional and did a very neat job. They didn’t get finished the first day but came back the very next morning to finish up the job. Everything was explained to me so I could understand what they were doing. I definitely recommend them for any electrical work and I would use them again!!

Be careful of warranty issues--they won't honor their warranty! Every time I talk with them I get the feeling I'm being scammed.

They have been out and mader a repair to my A. C. Also have been here to do Annual tune-ups. They are honest, trustworthy, reasonable.

Company filled unit with coolant without finding and fixing the leak first, cost us over $700, and somehow the President felt it was our fault. Unfortunate to end business with this company that we referred many others to 10 years ago. Needless to say, we will no longer refer to Cool Air after the mishandling of this situation we tried to resolve with the president. On a positive note, Rudy is a professional and the HVAC technician you want working on your system.

I manage a complex that have mini split ac units and one was having a weird leak. We had Rudy from cool air come out and diagnose the problem and had the unit dry as a bone pumping out cold air for our tenant. Thank you again for taking care of us on this unit.

Tech couldn't fix the issue so recommended a replacement unit @$4k+. A different company offered a second opinion and found and fixed a melted connector. He didn't even charge me for the visit. Never again.

We've kept CA on an annual plan for several years now, with service checks twice a year. And occasionally when we really need them in July or August, they are here for us promptly. Good value and great service!
