I just called this cuz I have a broken AC at home to ask a question was told I would be transferred to a tech that could answer my question instead was sent to Angie's list call center. When I called back to point out the error I was rudely hung up on and now they're not answering my calls at all

Made appointment and they didn’t show up I called and said they didn’t have me in there
Schedule waited all day.very frustrating and disappointing in this company I could have called different company very very disappointed.
