Excellent service from the CSR's.

Great place to buy parts, material, and refill cylinders. Free ice, coffee and pop corn is appreciated! Thanks gentlemen, good job.
-
Friendly fast knowledgeable people. Prices are always reasonable or cheaper. Great team at Wetmore location.

I wanted to buy a rain shroud that covers the condenser line where it enters the house. First of all, the guy at the counter didn't even know what I was talking about...he had to ask someone else. Once he figures it out, he informs me that they only sell to licensed contractors. It's a piece of flashing not a condenser! What a waste of time. One more reason just to shop at Home Depot.

Sonia, Wonderful customer service every time I've called. Thank you for all your help!
-
Sonia from the front counter is A1! I had issues sourcing a txv for two days from other suppliers and she’s deep in the trenches as we speak finding it for me. As well as sourcing difficult items in the past she is the best 10/10!!

If you're an hvac technician this is the place if hour service calls are on the north side, Century is on Wetmore and you can pick up parts, order parts, buy stock, HVAC products.
-

Kevin is always a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them for all your cooling needs.

I have used sunbelt for several years with various companies I have been with. I like that they carry a variety of equipment to meet many needs. The staff has always been great. The issue I have is cost. 795 for a week rental was fine even if I didn't use equipment an entire week. The ducting, labor(strapping flexible ducting together and laying it on the ground total of 20 minutes of work charged for 8 hrs), delivery and drop off were crazy expensive. totaling around $3200. Be careful when renting equipment. I will be using other resources in the future.

Great customer service, professional, answering my questions and offering to help me in the future. The machine I rented performed as expected, pick up and return process was easy. 👍

Amanda Davila Luipasco and her team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning are true professionals! From the first interaction, Amanda and her technician John were friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to our concerns, explain the services clearly, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.
Their commitment to customer satisfaction really shines through. They went above and beyond to ensure the scheduling was convenient, the communication was clear, and that every step of the process was efficient and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical know-how with such genuine care for the customer experience.
If you're looking for dependable, high-quality service, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is the company you want to work with. Highly recommend! -
I had a great experience. From the first call to the final fix, their team was incredibly professional, honest, and respectful of both my time and my home. They showed up on time, explained everything in a way that made sense, and got my system running smoothly without overcharging.
What stood out most was the level of customer service—real people who genuinely care. You can tell they value long-term relationships over quick fixes. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future AC needs and recommending them to friends and family.
Honest work. Fair prices. Top-notch service.
