I read reviews for A/C companies when our A/C went down, and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning had such great reviews for their customer service, that I decided to call them first. I wanted a technician who could come and look at our HVAC unit, tell me what went wrong, and offer a fair price - not just tell me that the whole thing needed to be replaced. Well I got exactly what the reviews promised with One Hour. Their technician, John, was very knowledgeable and I felt confident we were getting fair service. Within a few days, we decided we did need a new HVAC system, and John helped us determine what to get at a fair price. The installers came the very next day and were very professional - they came early, and answered all our questions. Owners Kirk and Amanda were also very helpful and professional in our conversations. I highly recommend One Hour for their high level of customer service and fair pricing. I also recommend signing up for their maintenance membership, as it saved us money when we did decide to put in a new unit, and may have saved us some repair costs if we had signed up earlier!

We also received great service from their technician, Oscar, when he came to check the unit for our Comfort Club membership. He said our unit was installed correctly and up to code. Glad to be in good hands with this company!

We recently started an annual service contract with Amanda’s HVAC company and couldn’t be more pleased with the level of professionalism and care we've received.

The initial visit was for routine service, and while everything seemed fine at the time, our upstairs unit unfortunately stopped working just a few days later. John, our service technician, promptly returned to assess the issue and identified a problem with the outdoor unit. Since the system was still under warranty, we contacted the warranty provider to handle the repair.

What really stood out during this process was how Amanda and her team went above and beyond. Understanding the inconvenience of a broken AC, especially upstairs, Amanda had John personally deliver a portable cooling unit to help us stay comfortable while the warranty process played out.

Once the warranty company completed the repair (which turned out to be a broken stem valve causing a freon leak), John came back yet again to double-check the warranty company work. He made sure everything was functioning correctly and that we were fully taken care of and we trust John to let us know this.

It’s rare these days to find a service company that treats your home and comfort like their own. Amanda runs her business with genuine care for her customers, and John is knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy and dependable. We feel confident knowing we have a reliable team looking out for us, and we're glad we signed up for their annual service.

Quick response to the house call. Well trained technician. Affordable price. Friendly and polite. Had a trouble with thermostat setting, however the technician checked whole complete system.

Dalton was awesome! He was super professional and helpful when our ac stopped working suddenly. One hour was able to accommodate me in a very timely manner and especially in such a stressful situation. Would definitely recommend!!

Update, Oscar had to come back again to troubleshoot another issue that was caused by a haphazard original install. Oscar was able to navigate the issues and permanently fixed the issues caused by the original installers. Again, very proffesional and optimistic and confident in his abilities!

I have had many different companies in my home for one reason or another over the years but I have to say that none of them compare to the service I received from One Hour! They provided me different options on my A/C issues and even some great finance options so I could spread the payment out over time. The tech was kind and took his time to educate me on everything to the point that I actually understand how my system works now! He wore boot covers the entire time he was in our home and laid down a red carpet to protect our floors while working. A+++. I can't say enough kind things about them!!
