Seemed like a very thorough inspection and testing of my heating system, following a super crazy cold snap here in San Antonio. Robbie was excellent, explaining to me all the things that he was checking, letting me know the readings, as well as the readings that should be expected. Gave me some tips on reducing maintenance cost, showed me what was involved in certain things that were certainly beyond my ability to do. A very friendly guy very respectful. You know you get a winner when they offer before they come in to wear the booties in your house:) Definitely plan on continuing my service agreement.

Marco was fantastic! He was courteous and knowledgeable. He spoke in terms I could understand when explaining the problem I was having with the a/c. He even gave me some tips to prevent having the same problem in the future. Great technician and Great service! Great ambassador for Leaky’s!

Marco, was extremely intentive to the questions that I had an answered the questions as well as reviewed extra work that we want done to forward to the office and understood everything clearly. He has a fantastic demeanor. And develops a rapport with you very quickly. Also, I was impressed how he tested and reviewed the system and came up with the answers. Our A/C drain was clogged and it looked like it was going to be a long night for us without air. But Milton came to the rescue after hours and got our unit running smoothly again and also checked our system to o be sure everything else was running as it should. I just had my HVAC system tuned up by them. They were very thorough and knowledgeable with their inspection of my system. They did an excellent job at cleaning up my outside unit as well as my drain hose. I was all also low on refrigerant, and they topped me off. Best of all, I just called yesterday evening, and they scheduled me right away for this morning. They even text and let me know their ETA. I highly recommend them to my family and friends
