So I don’t normally do reviews, but I really felt I needed to for this company. Me and my business partner are opening up a small business here in San Antonio and we literally had the best experience!!! This company and its employees were always on top of what we needed and worked so hard to fix our a/c. They were out there asap whenever we called and came out multiple times to make sure we were fixed up and ready to go by our opening date. An employee even stayed for HOURS!!!! To make sure it was working, before he left. From talking to Reagan, to the employees we met, Adrian, Anthony, and the other Anthony. Thank you so so much for your communication, professionalism and promptness! I’ve never had an experience like this and I’m so grateful for them. They didn’t have to go beyond, but they did!!! Thank you all so so much from the bottom of our hearts!!

Matt and Lou were fantastic in getting our building back to odor free. They were very informative the entire job and worked as efficiently and quietly as they could during business hours!

We have been using Shafer Mechanical plumbing and HVAC services for about a year. We have been very happy with their professional and knowledgeable technicians. Their office support is equally professional and prompt with their responses. They are fair with their pricing and very thorough in their inspections and explaining the issues and what is the best solution for the repairs. We recommend Shafer to any commercial account.

Schafer has been great every time they come help us out. Matt and Lou were a huge help today. Great group of guys. I highly recommend.

Ivan was prompt and exhibited competence. I was impressed that he wore shoe covers in the house. He also found an additional problem which would need to be addressed in the near future. We will definitely use Leakey’s in the future.

Technician was early, thorough and efficient. He took many photos and explained any issues.

Found them on nextdoor. Called them in for new house summer maintenance and hot water heater error and made an apt for the next day. Hot water heater pipe busted that night, when Ivan came in the morning they fixed the hot water heater and did some preventative work on it and did full summer maintenance. Honestly amazing.

Ivan was very professional and courteous I will recommend him and Leakys to all my friends and family! Great work!
