They canceled and rescheduled my appointment and then postponed the next appointment 3 hours and didn’t receive the update until the scheduled time. Wasted my time. Can’t imagine they show up on time to do the job.

Carlos and Jose were really professional. They shared tips to maintain my ducts and vents clean. I liked that they took pictures before and after.

Both of the technicians were very polite and professional. Explained what caused it issue and how to prevent it. Moved some furniture around and when they were done they put it back in place. We are very happy with their professionalism.

They did a good job, I did have to ask for them to show me what they had cleaned, when We checked there was still many things that were not done, after I mentioned it to them they corrected what was missed. Make sure you verify the work done, my allergies did feel better the next day, this is good enough for 4 stars.

Wonderful service from these guys!!! Othon and his guys serviced my AC quickly and without drama. After receiving an $1100 quote from another company to clean my ducts, they came in and found the real issue, informed me that the ducts were clean already, and it was a great price.

After more than 8 different quotes, Andres Gomez came to my house, took his time to explain to me the entire process, and ensured I would get the best service for the best price.
Since my old AC unit was taken out, he included duct cleaning and wifi thermostat for free. The experience with all the technicians was AMAZING. All very professional, proactive and extremely nice.

Both Carlos and Jose arrived on time to the appointment. Then, before starting any work, they explained the procedures of Inspecting and cleaning out our home’s ducts.

They shared several different monthly options regarding pricing of cleaning and maintenance if we’d be interested in one of those rather than just having the ducts cleaned.

They were professional, personable, and thorough in their explanation and cleaning as well as took before and after pictures of their work.

I highly recommend having these gentlemen come to your home for a thorough inspection of your system…and then a possible cleaning, if so necessary.

False advertising, last year I requested the cleaning of my ducts based on an offer they did on FB for $89, when they came and told me that the offer is valid only if we do it every year with them, so the deep cleaning was around $700. This year I called them to request my annual cleaning for $89 and they are telling me that they no longer provide that service. So I was expecting to get this service done but now I have to look for another company and not sure how much they will charge me.

Not a trustworthy company.

Our AC went down in Texa in August! It was such an uncomfortable night. I called Trilogy the next morning and they scheduled us for same day service. They were 15 minutes early and had us repaired within the hour! Amazing service. Thank you.
