Ivan was very knowledgeable and efficient. He tried to repair the original part before recommending a new part, which is very appreciated. Will keep in mind for future plumbing needs.

Leaky's acquired our previous HVAC company (Quality Star) when Quality Star's owner retired. I was nervous, since Leaky's has a new team, but I didn't need to be. We got an appointment the next morning (I admit, maybe that was luck of the draw) after I called to report an issue. The tech, Ivan, was awesome--he was super professional and explained everything to me.

We signed up for the annual membership, which allows us to get 2 HVAC tune ups per year, 20% off repairs, and a free plumbing inspection. The repair went quick (and was covered as part of the "tune up" since it was just a clogged drain line), and then Ivan took care of the regular HVAC maintenance and then did a whole house plumbing inspection, which did identify a few minor issues. He was never pushy, and within a couple hours of his visit I got a quote for the work he recommended via email (some of which I plan to do myself). He took tons of pictures, all of which are saved in their system, which I can see coming in handy.

Marco was a great technician! He worked really hard to check everything over very carefully and throughly. He went above and beyond to finally find the outside unit that was on the roof of my condo building. He spent alot of time describing what the issues were and are I am just waiting for the estimates for final work. It was a real pleasure working with Marco.

First time using Leaky’s after the transition from Air Systems, and my experience was great. Scheduling staff is friendly and flexible, and A/C expert was on time and professional. Ivan from Leaky's Plumbing, Heating and A/C did a maintenance service on my HVAC system which also had a clogged and leaking condensation drain. He came out the same day I called for service. I was very pleased with Ivan's customer service, skill and efficiency. He showed and explained to me what happens when the drain is plugged. He left the work area clean. I recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Had to call them today, for a “Service Required,” notification message on my Trane thermostat. Corey came out within ONE HOUR of the call, during peak season! I’m so appreciative of the dispatcher getting my service filled quickly. Anyway, Corey diagnosed the issue quickly. Educated me on the simple troubleshooting and had our unit working LITERALLY less than a few minutes on site! Even though it’s 100+ out today, Corey maintained his professionalism, respected my home w/ wearing shoe covers and explained what he was doing. Absolutely lovely experience with this company!

I WILL NEVER have any other company service my two HVACs other than Leaky’s!

Justin was a pleasant surprise because I have been disillusioned with most customer service from businesses today. I think your colorful trucks would get lots of inquiries from this neighborhood. Many of the residents would like good service over monopolies. Again, thank you for your professionalism and courtesy. Justin was great!

Ivan came out when our AC was on the fritz! Same day appointment within a few hours after we contacted him- we called other AC specialists but they were booked for 4 days out! Ivan was very professional and communicative. He troubleshooted the issue thoroughly and corrected the problem in a timely manner! I would highly recommend Leakys Plumbing, Heating and A/C. Ivan helped me out with an outside leak I had. He was very helpful and the work he did was Really good! If I ever have issues in the future I’ll be calling Leaky’s again. I appreciated the updates through out the entire fix. Very very good company!

Marco and Robby’s Customer Service were exceptional. They identified root cause almost instantly and resolved on the spot. This is vital in Texas. They also scheduled me same day. They are also honest (trustworthy). Beyond satisfied and keeping their number!

Mark helped me with a huge leak I had from my A/C. He was very detailed on telling me what occurred and explained so I could understand. The work was amazing and he even wore shoe covers to my floor didn’t get dirty. I had questions and Mark had no problem explaining what I needed to know. He was on time and gave me a courtesy call before arriving! I will be using them moving forward for my seasonal maintenance checks!
