Technician (Robbie) notified us when on the way. He was very professional, explained everything to us. We pay monthly, they come out twice a year. Love em!!!

Marco and Robie did an awesome job on our a/c unit. Both came to clean out the entire furnace unit. Marco checked for the system to be running properly.

I was extremely impressed with Ivan. We had a water leak for years in our dining room ceiling, we have had several plumbers come by and could not correct or locate the source of the water leak. Ivan diagnosed the problem right away and resolved the issue.
He is extremely knowledgeable and professional!!!

Joe came out and gave us a quote within hours of visiting us! He was super informative and quick to respond. Ivan and Robbie then came out to complete the plumbing job and explained everything they were doing along the way. We will be using them again in the future and couldn’t be happier!

Marco was able to come in 30 minutes for our leaking A/C units! He was super nice, knowledgeable and willing to stay until the job was completed after hours! He did a great job fixing our problem and setting us up so we won’t have the same problem again. We were very grateful for his help and getting us taken care of!

Great service and couldn't be happier. Our capacitor went out which was a fairly easy fix but after the replacement was installed, our system short cycled every 5 minutes which wasn't normal. Korey was able to determine what was causing this issue and order and install the necessary parts to get it working properly. Korey was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process to make sure I understood what was going on and what it would take to fix it. I also can't say enough about Danielle in their office. She went above and beyond and actually contacted Trane to confirm what parts needed to be ordered and replaced to ensure we didn't void our warranty. I was a little nervous at first since I know Leaky bought out the company who originally installed our system but after this experience, I can safely say they gained my trust and a customer for life.

Robie was courteous and respectful, he took the time to explain what he was doing and recommended adding safety switches to prevent water overflow from a clogged drain line. This already happened once in our house causing significant damage. I will call on them again for my next service or repair.

I have been an Air Systems customer for many years. Today was my first encounter with representatives from Leaky, the new owner. I could not be more pleased. Joe and Marco were here to do a fall PM on my HVAC unit. I found them to be friendly, experienced, and very professional. I was extremely pleased with their thoroughness and expertise. Their communication skills were excellent, explaining their findings in a concise and understandable way. Any apprehension I had about the sale to Leaky was quickly dispelled by these two gentlemen. Technician Robbie did a great job giving our heating system it's annual winter tune up. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. I'm so happy that he checked to see if we had a gas or carbon monoxide leak.

Your a/c tech Marco is amazing! He was very kind with my husband and explaining everything he was doing and his findings! After 2 companies here in San Antonio had told us that we need to replace our whole system and get a new one through them we had lost hope (we do not have $12,000 to spenMarco! Have been living with window units for 2 years..... untill 11/13 I had found a review that had a stories similar to mine so I called them up lest the 24 hours later my system was back online! Thank you leaky thank you marco!

5 Stars continue. We had a plugged drain in laundry room and called Leaky’s Plumbing. Ivan and Marco found the problem, fixed it completely and very reasonably priced ! It was not easy to get to either. And they cleaned up very nicely after. Highly recommend.

Marco Macias Was very professional, personable and helpful. He was very patient and knowledgeable try to find the problem with our ac unit. It ended up needing a new panel, he did a great job replacing it and helping set it up. Definitely recommend him and his services.
