We contacted Avanelle Homes for assistance with our air conditioner in Horseshoe Bay. They responded very quickly and was able to immediately evaluate many ongoing issues with the unit. They were very responsive and professional. They gave us several options, from doing “bandaid” repairs that would hold us over for a couple of months - to replacing the unit and several damaged ducts in the attic. We ultimately chose to do the full repair and have not regretted it. We did not realize that our house had been smelling musty from the poor functioning system until it was fixed. Not only does our air conditioner function perfectly - but our house now smells healthy.

These guys are amazing! I have been having ongoing issues with my AC, but needed it to work before guests came to stay. They sent me multiple options with quotes, and came to put in an emergency mini split in ONE day. Truly amazing customer service.

This company is extremely professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I needed help to diagnose some AC problems. Fernando was an expert and quickly pinpointed the issues and the team provided various solutions. They were able to repair a refrigerant leak, recharge my refrigerant and helped with the main HVAC line. Everything was fixed quickly and the team did an outstanding job. Highly recommend!

They are GREAT! A company that is both excellent at communication and great at their craft is hard to find! They have helped us with checking out a possible AC issue, replacing a mini split, and general handyman work! Not to mention, they are competitive with their prices which I love because their work is excellent!
