Save your money, time and headache. We have a 1 year old a/c unit that doesn’t work properly. Can’t get the the business to come and fix it under the warranty. He keeps no-showing after weeks of promises, telling us that he’ll be here tomorrow or he’s on the way. 😭 Just called another company and they’re saying things aren’t up to code.

Always perfect care. We had 2 new AC units put in 2 yrs . They have maintained them since then.

I work with Holts quite often. They have been AMAZING to work with and always honest! we typically get 2 opinions on replacements, and Holts has comeback with an honest in-depth way for us to not replace a unit and repair instead which has saved us a lot of money. Overall, I say Holts is a great company that will keep you in mind over trying to make a buck.

This company has really changed. Once the new owners bought out the previous owners everything went down hill. This place is no longer about the customer but about the dollar. The staff is great and well informative. I would recommend switching supply houses. Many others are cheaper and actually care about the customer. Greed is the downfall of this once great company.
