Great folks to work with. They replaced my a/c system 7 years ago. They maintain it for me twice a year, and have done other projects for me with excellence and integrity. Today Rudy did a complete and thorough a/c check that was 100% covered by my service agreement. Great work Rudy.

I am cautious, when it came to working with contractors. I hired Tone on March 2023 and worked with him until Feb. 2024 to renovate my home after a house fire. This was a major project and completion was extended by my delay. He tore down my garage and rebuilt it, installed a new water heater, replaced the entire roof, gutted and replaced the interior ceilings, walls and even renovated my older 1950’s kitchen and modernized it to an open concept, plus added an island as well. He installed exterior siding and painted both the interior and exterior of my home, which looks great. He also updated the floor and installed a new A/C unit, new duct work, insulation and made sure all inspections and permit requirements were met. He was very patient with my many questions, resolved items of concern quickly and returned my calls promptly. His skilled crew was very professional and courteous at all times. He worked well with my insurance company and quickly provided them the necessary information required for funding. I just got lucky when I met Tone at the San Antonio Home & Garden Show. I highly recommend Toned Homes L.L.C. for any project, especially if you’re a woman. He respected my opinion, concerns, Budget and advised me appropriately. Thanks, Tone. This was my first experience with Tone Homes Air Conditioning division. They reached out to me 1st, after going thru Angie list 5 star rating. I was impressed with the professionalism of both Rudy, the A/C technician and the owner, Tone. They fully explained my 2015 unit condition and all options of fixing or replacing the Rheem system. I received a great price and timeframe of the install. I would definitely use this company again.

Owner is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and you can tell passionate about what he does. Responded to an inquiry about my AC leaking through our ceiling within minutes of making one and was out here same day, walked me through the process, gave honest answers, and detailed information to make an informed decision off of. His guys, who did a great job, were at my place within 2 hours of deciding to replace my indoor and outdoor AC units and got the job done in less than 4 hours. Will be using Toned Homes for other projects around the house moving forward!

I couldn't be happier with Toned Homes, Tone is very personal and professional. I had several requests and he did them all, giving me estimates and always checking to see if I was pleased with the results. He helped me and my wife pick out the proper materials and giving pros and cons of each. You can't go wrong when you hire Toned Homes.

Most of my home was remodeled, structural work, doors, floors, walls, restroom, counter tops, back splash, plumbing, painting, fireplace redo, it was a big job.. over all GREAT JOB!! Good communication and flexibility which I appreciated. Workers are professional, respectful, and safe. They worked in my home for over a month and I was able to stay living here even though most of my home was tore up. They made sure washer, dryer, sink, stove, fridge stayed connected so I could still live in my home, also, dust was minimal. I highly recommend. Most importantly, I love my home, it feels and looks brand new!

We've used Toned homes for a couple of items. The first time was for an AC repair. Tone, the owner, worked on the AC, repairing what he thought was the problem, but it wasn't so he replaced something else, still not right. By the time he finished replacing things, it was like we had a new AC unit. They also replaced our patio cover and did a great job. We are very pleased with everything they have worked on.

If so could do less that one star I would. I currently have a company repairing my system after spending 8-10 thousand dollars with this company on my AC over the last six years. They called their work “Frankenstein’s Monster.” I have 20 k worth of damage to this attic based on their unprofessional work and what appears to be gross negligence in addition to planned malice. Two different companies found wires cut, ducts that were not sealed causing condensation build up leading to mold, improperly ventilated parts, holes in vents and poorly aligned and hooked Up work that all contributed to the complete destruction of my attic and unit.

Damage and work was so bad that supervisors were called out to take additional pictures and evaluate the space.

I am still paying for this work while having to take on considerable debt to fix what this company did!

They replaced our air conditioning system and also completed some renovation work around the house — and everything turned out perfect. The AC replacement was done quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Our home is now much more comfortable, just in time for the warmer weather. I’ve had the pleasure of having Toned Homes work on several projects for our home, Air Conditioning etc. for over 10+ years. Great customer service regardless of who comes out! This is a class A organization.

My mom had Tone do a bathroom remodel, it turned out fantastic. The construction area was kept clean, and they took care of the job in a very decent amount of time. They got everything done with a minimum of headaches, really my mom was more of a headache, she didn't like the in and out of the guys, or the noise, but when finished, she raved about it. I will be going back to Tone for more work.

Shout out to Toned Homes Air Conditioning! Had been using another company, but was put on back burner and ignored too many times. Called Tone in the morning and he came out same day; had whole new system put in two days later. Friendly, fast - highly recommend!

After having our entire heating & cooling system replaced by a major company which will remain name less. We started having issues with the system not turning off and the reme halo uv light burning out in less than a year. This major company wanted to charge us $700.00 to replace it. They finally replaced it after refusing to pay. The technician didn't even bother to trouble shoot the unit not turning off. We called Yaz heating and cooling and was amazed at all the sub par work the other company had done. Yaz took the time to explain all that needed to be done to get the unit to run the way its suppose to. Just because you hire a major company does not guarantee that the work will be done correctly. This is even worse when they take advantage of the elderly when you rely on their work being done correctly. Thank you Yaz for your excellent work but most important your integrity.

I had a great experience with Yaz Air! Initially I contacted them to install a solar fan on my roof , but upon inspection of my attic they noticed deficiencies in the duct work and insulation. I was disappointed considering I had the ducts replaced recently and new insulation placed. Yaz made sure to correct the deficiencies and walked me through every step of the process. Upon completion of the work, they made sure to show me pictures of the work that had been done and corrected. I was extremely happy with the services provided and I’ll make sure the use them going forward. Rest assured all your HVAC needs will be well taken care of with Yaz Air!
