I’m so pleased with the professionalism & outstanding job provided to me by Yaz Air conditioning & heating company.
I had an AC issue at my home last month, and I called this company and 3 other companies to come fix it and give me an estimate.
The agents who came from the other companies were trying to get me into buying a new unit. That my AC is old and it’s not working properly. They all told me that it’s best to change it.
Yaz air conditioning & heating company was the only one who was honest, and told me that I don’t have to change it completely. The agent told me that my AC unit is only 6 years old. The compressor was out, and they can get me another one with a fair price.
Thank God, they had the same compressor in their shop. After I agreed to changing it. He called his team, and in less than 2 hours the technicians were at home and changed it in a timely manners. They were so professional a respectful guys.
My AC has been working since then with no issues.
This company is so honest, and has a great values from what I experienced with them.

I hope that I won’t have any more AC issues, but if I will in the future, I’m going again with this company.

Last month Yaz repaired my 2 AC units. One had a broken capacitor and the other had a bad fan motor. Yaz was very nice and professional. He really knows a lot and is the best AC technician I've ever met. He spend time to explain what's going on and suggested best solutions. He got the original part for my unit and repaired my AC perfectly. He spend his time to monitor the unit after repair to ensure the quality of his job, rather than just rush out. The best part of my experience is that he was very warm hearted and understood how hush to live without AC in the hot TX summer. He tried his best to get the part and repair my unit as fast as possible. So I had my unit back 1 whole week earlier than expected! I really appreciate him and will definitely recommend him to everybody!

Came home on a Sunday afternoon on a very hot day when temperature outside was on its its pic. Our AC thermostat was set to 75 degrees but the house inside temperature was reading 86. Immediately called Yaz Air Conditioning & heating - yes on a Sunday evening the owner answered my call and even showed up to inspect my AC unit and realized I needed a new unit as the old one was already 17 years old and needs to be replaced.
