Did a great job fixing my AC!

Called service number and some guy answered. He didn’t even introduce himself. I asked what the cost would be for a service call and he said was 75. I asked him if it was $75 and kept say what and that it was 75. I just hung up. I can’t believe that they have a five star rating with that kind and f customer service.
I would not recommend them at all.

This man stole from me. He charged me $700 to fix my AC. 3 days later the AC broke down again. After calling multiple times, he never returned my call. I don't recommend using this company.

I use Top Shot ac and heating every beginning of summer and winter for our maintenance to make sure we are good. They have always been professional and reliable. If I ever have any questions or concerns they always answer in a timely manner.

Matt came recommended to me by an investor. He struck me as an honest person at first.

However, Matt started ghosting me and my tenant after a service call didn't go well. He left the house and never returned my tenants call or my calls. According to the new HVAC company, the transformer was blown because the previous technician caused it to overheat.

Unfortunately this ended up costing me an additional $320. Another HVAC company came up to fix the transformer he had destroyed.

Matthew was great! He showed up on time, didn’t flinch at the awkward placement of our unit, and even climbed into the attic to figure out what needed fixing. Thanks to him, our AC was back up and running the very next day!

Thankful to Top Shot A/C services for the cool summer we have had inside our home this year with the scorching temperatures we have had!! Definitely great value for the services since the price was the best price and the service was top notch!! Prior to our new ac install Matthew kept our old system going for a while as we saved for a new one and we are grateful for the great maintenance he did to the old system because it was very outdated. I highly recommend Top Shot AC! We now have a new ac system with a smart thermostat and I can control it from anywhere and it even helped lower my electric bills this summer compared to last summer even though we have had such high temperatures outside. It was worth every penny and we appreciate his recommendations and he is very professional.

Worked with him for a few years and really enjoyed it until this year. He had reasonable prices and seemed very honest. I’ve installed two new units with him, and he used to be slow but responsive. He came to check on a unit that was still under warranty (less than a year) but needing Freon (or whatever today’s version is called). He filled it and said it shouldn’t be low, to watch for a leak. When it was low again, he wouldn’t respond, I reached out in October and again in November. I finally had to call someone else and pay $800 to someone else to replace a coil that was under active warranty and he should have stood behind.
I’m very disappointed and clearly waited to make this review.

We were very impressed with the customer service and how quickly our system was serviced. We appreciate Mike and his knowledge in properly diagnosing and fixing the issue. We highly recommend Top Shot AC and Heating 100%!

Good maintenance and good worker

Very responsive, took a late afternoon call during February winter storm and replaced two burned out thermostats. Went above and beyond and helped me out with my generator to get it started as well after I had been unable to get running for when the power was out. Much appreciated.

Had my AC installed by them last year. Had issues with my unit not cooling properly they came out and fixed my unit free of charge. Would recommend good service.
