Joel, Josh and Warren make a great team for Elite. Very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They really care about customers. The AC maintenance plan will save us a lot of stress and money. We highly recommend them for your heating and AC needs.

These guys did a great job on my ac replacement. Decently priced and they were very respectful of my home. Big shout out to warren he even checked in on me to make sure everything was running well. I also called at 10pm a few weeks later and they answered to help me through a quick fix. Everything works and I’m very happy with the results!

I am so grateful to Elite Air Care for everything they did for me and my family. After i was wronged by another company, my home warranty company sent out a new one, Elite Air Care! These guys are so professional , very knowledgeable and very polite. Joshua was our service tech and he explained everything to me,which was so amazing. Adriana was so sweet to talk with on the phone and helped me with the process with my home warranty. I was treated like family by them. Elite Air Care, actually takes care of you like family and treats you with respect. Elite Air Care wanted to make sure i was in a cool house before my heart surgery. I can not Praise this company enough!!! Josh and Warren fixed my AC and took their time making sure everything was working properly! I signed up with their maintenance plan, which i Highly Recommend you do it will save you money in the long run with your AC! They are fast,reliable, extremely knowledgeable and so polite! We had a bad experience with Elite. We do not recommend. Stay away! They came out and replaced our air handler up in the attic in December. By February, the ac went out. I called the warranty again and they sent them back out to diagnose, they told us the outdoor unit was to blame, and 30-45 day wait on parts, of course, cause they didn’t want to have to eat their labor cost to fix the air handler again. I waited 30 days and called to get an update and was told parts would be another 45 days. At this point my patience ran out and I called two other companies to give me second opinions. Both companies said it was the evaporator coil in the unit in the attic. Warranty wanted Elite to handle it so Elite insisted on using dye to diagnose again. So they come back and supposedly put dye, after two weeks nothing is showing dye. They come back and now state they think the leak is in the lineset, not the outdoor unit. At this point I tell my warranty I don’t trust them, they are giving me the run around because they don’t want to warranty the labor cost on the air handler. Two months wasted and a hot house, the whole time! When the owner/manager called me at one point he was so arrogant, rude, and said he would come to the house himself to diagnose and never showed up. Then has the nerve to lie to the warranty company and say he stayed in the car. Give me a break the ring camera shows no person in the car besides the technician that came. When our ac did finally get fixed by another company, they stated they didn’t see any evidence of dye in the system at all and they did pull out the coil and replace, so they would have seen it. Also our drain pan and the plywood was installed by elite off level and they had to fix that too.
Anyway, avoid this place. Unless you want the run around. Very disappointed. And will never recommend.

We had Rudy come to our house to check our AC that wasn’t cooling properly. He was excellent. Very nice, polite, and had great knowledge of the products. He took his time to explain everything he was looking at and we appreciated that very much. Thank you for the great work Rudy!

There is no one I would call regarding a/c or heating issues but John DeLaRosa of Air RX AC & Heating. He is not only an expert but, moreso, an honest businessman who I can depend on to provide the best service for my home a/c & heating needs. Rudy and John really went above and beyond coming out on a Sunday to diagnose. My unit was from 1999 and needing too much love. I was given several options with no pressure. Unable to get the AC cooling without burning money, they brought 2 window units to keep us going until the install scheduled for the next day. Great service and lots of patience.

Amazing work. John with AirRx came correct with an outstanding repair service today. I am a new tenant in a rental home and to my surprise we had no ac upon moving in. I returned home this afternoon to find my house sweltering at nearly 86 degrees. After some troubleshooting, I knew I needed expert help. I reached out to John, who was incredibly attentive and listened carefully to my concerns. He responded promptly and arranged for same-day service. His kindness and expertise made a world of difference. I highly recommend his services!

My AC/Air went out and I contacted Air Rx Saturday morning, John was helpful and after an extremely long day with all of the other overloaded systems he had, kept his promise to get me in that evening. He was here until 10 pm diagnosing. He was extremely courteous and explained everything to me with detail. Unfortunately, my motor was shot, they worked diligently to find a new motor that wasn't on a 4 week backorder on Monday! He communicated with me throughout and was able to get me on the schedule for replacement Tuesday.

UPDATE: I had a whole new install and this company set the bar! Beautiful job, and again great customer service. What a stressful situation but they are thorough and got it done so fast when my heat was out.
