I called Air Rx AC & Heating, within hours, John & the crew came out to diagnosed my unit.
Unfortunately, it was DOA… and that wasn’t my first diagnosis.
I approved a new unit installed and John & crew completed the installation within one day.
I have been very happy with the performance of my new central air.

Had a ac/heat checkup and Anthony was polite and knowledgeable . Very thorough in explaining needed recommendations for my unit.

They came out to check my unit and were able to diagnose the issue right away and had me up and running in no time. They were able to squeeze us in after our ac broke on a Sunday and our house was almost 88 inside. Would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing issues.

This business has been servicing my AC & heating for years. From the administrative assistant to the technicians, they are always friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about all aspects of their business. Super easy to schedule and the techs always explain everything in detail. Their tune-ups are super affordable and you don’t have to worry about them charging for unnecessary repairs; straight shooters they are.

Was impressed with Air RX AC & Heating when they came for regular maintenance . They called the day before to remind us of their visit, they called to let us know they were on their way. John kept us informed of what was done and answered our questions. The service has been great since the first visit a year ago. I highly recommend Air RX .

No other AC company I would call. John and his guys are so knowledgeable and will talk you through the problem so you know exactly what’s going on. John was able to get us a great price to replace our heater in February. Highly recommend! Very friendly, quick response, and great work.

John with AirRx AC and heating was not only polite but was very thorough. He allowed me to ask questions about my unit. He was thorough with answers . He explained step by step of what was needed for my unit and not u it’s in general. He was in contact with me from beginning to the end. He provided me with all the options available for my unit and my budget. During the installation his staff was very thorough ( they cleaned up after themselves too) provided me the ins and outs of my new unit, showing me how to install the filters and use the thermostat. After installation, John called to make sure that I was satisfied and wanted to make sure it was cooling up my home. I would definitely use AirRx AC and heating again and refer to my family and friends. Thank you..😊

We had John and his team quote a new AC System during Covid. His pricing was reasonable but our landlord didn't want to replace at that time. Fast forward two years later and our AC is out at the beginning of the really hot days in San Antonio - our AC went out on a Saturday night. (To further note our AC has been out every summer for the past three summers we have lived in this house). We have home warranty so I called them first. They said the contractor we had before wasn't taking new work orders, AND they had no other contractors with availability at the time. A few minutes later we got a text that we had the same contractor from before and that we needed to wait to hear from them. No word Sunday - on Monday we asked our Landlord if he would consider a new unit this time. Thankfully he said YES! He asked me to get an updated quote with AirRx. I called John and he got me the quote. Then I had our Landlord call John so he could answer any questions - about 20 minutes later we had approval to proceed. Luckily a customer had cancelled their install the next day so - we got it set up for next day install! This all happened before noon on Monday - and you are probably wondering what happened with the home warranty contractor - well they didn't call until Monday afternoon at about 3:30pm! Thankfully we didn't need that call anymore! Fast-forward to Tuesday morning- Jose and his helper got to our house at the scheduled time - they were courteous and kept me updated with what they were doing. They replaced our inside unit first and then the outside unit. They cleaned up after themselves and were just all around great. It was 92 degrees in the house - they were there sweating it out with us! But they got it all installed and were so kind during the whole process. Their boss John sent them pizza and drinks for their late lunch early dinner! What a guy! They finished up around dinner time, and other than cool air blowing our inside unit and outside unit being brand spanking new - you would never know they were there! I can't recommend them enough! Thanks guys! Our family appreciates being cool as cucumbers now!

I just had my new hvac system installed the service and the promises that were give were above and beyond what I expected. He explained everything in detail and even gave me some maintenance tips that I can do myself to keep things running properly.
