I received excellent service from AIR RX AC & HEATING. First I am grateful to get an appointment within a few hours. The technician was extremely thorough on repairs. He explained everything on the work he did and even gave me some helpful tips with maintenance on my A/C unit. I will definitely use them again for future service. I highly recommend AIR RX AC & HEATING.

The A/C technician was nothing less than professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and explained issues on a level that made it easy to understand. Highly recommended.

Air RX are my go to A/C company from here on out. My A/C went out Saturday afternoon while hosting a party. John was able to come by since he was in the area on another call. He quickly accessed that my motor was out and needed a new one. Unfortunately he wouldn’t be able to order one till Monday. He called me Monday while at the parts store. Gave me my options and I chose what I could afford. He came back that evening and installed the new motor. My A/C was back up and running that night. The service did not stop there. He called later that night to ensure my A/C was still running. Talk about service, best I’ve encountered in a long time! If you value service, professionalism and thorough explanations then Air RX are for you. Thank you Air Rx for rescuing my family and I from this wretched Texas heat!

Anthony came to inspect HVAC and informed us of necessary repairs. Anthony was very professional, thorough, and took time to explain his findings. We highly recommend Air Rx for your HVAC needs.

Just had Air Rx to check my system as it was not heating. This was a new system installed in July. The company gave me an apt. right away. Anthony arrive right on time and was very quick to find and fix the problem. He check all aspects of the unit while he was here. The unit was under warranty and there was no charge.I was very grateful that I did not have to wait around all day for the repair. Thanks Air RX and Anthony!

Anthony came to our house to service our HVAC system and he is amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure our family was properly taken care of. His customer service is impeccable. He is professional, clean, fast and efficient. These are traits you rarely see in this day and age. Excellent customer service.

I have been using Air RX for 2 years now and they are by far the best HVAC company Ive ever interacted with. The customer service they provide is first class. I first reached out to Air RX on the 4th of July, possibly one of the worst days to have a A/C water leak. Air RX sent out one of their technicians within hours and fixed my issue immediately. Signing up for their twice yearly maintenance checkups is one of the best decisions you can make as a homeowner.

UPDATE 12.8.25-Anthony returned to provide a seasonal check on the systems, and took much careful time to ensure all equiment functioning well. He also checked his prior work, no problems! Thank you!

Update January 2026 John checked the HVAC, as the extreme cold had an unexpected affect. He cheerfully and patiently showed me each quality check performed, and resolved all issues to 100% satisfaction. Thank you John and AirRX! Great work!

This is the company you don’t want to overlook! John and Jose did a phenomenal job replacing both inside and outside units. Not only did they do an amazing job with installation but they took care to make it look so organized, clean, and beautiful. John takes the time to explain how things work and his knowledge and experience definitely is a perk!

He did a thorough inspection and gave me a heads up on a few things that need to be addressed to avoid interruption of my AC, especially with the Texas heat, and prevent my family and I from losing our precious cooling. I definitely recommend Air Rx AC & Heating; ask for John - he has earned the right to now to be my AC guy.

AirRX just completed my AC installation and they did a great job! They had some challenges but they re-routed and added new equipment. John, the owner honored the price he quoted and completed everything at no extra cost. I’m a happy customer.

I had a privately own AC repair company for 14 years and the gentleman who owned the company Retired without any notice or explanation. ARX was recommended to me by a close friend and I am so very grateful. John initially came out and spent a very long time inspecting and explaining everything in detail. Much had not been taken care of properly over the 14 years and the results was disappointing and costly, but John gave me a very fair price and went above and beyond an explanation of what he recommended needed to be done for the present and the future. They came out the next day, and Jose did the repair and installation of a part on the outdoor unit which should have been done correctly in the beginning. Anthony came two days later to make sure everything was working properly. All three guys were great and I plan to use this company on a regular maintenance basis. On an added note Stephanie the office manager is a sweetheart and is right on top of things. I really enjoy talking with her and she answers the phone properly and politely all in all great great great!

Mike was a LIFE SAVER! He knows what he’s doing and takes the time to fully get to the source of the issue, not just put a band-aid on it. Wonderful experience both over the phone and in person!

We had a tricky problem where heat would work sometimes… required a few different service calls. Mike always worked as quickly as possible, and explained the issues in detail so I could understand them. Would recommend LUFT.

As a landlord, I’ve dealt with many HVAC companies. LUFT is now my go-to. They've done replacements at two of my rentals and every job has been smooth. No complaints from tenants, and they always communicate well with both sides.

We called LUFT AC late evening cause our AC unit stopped working. I spoke to Mike and he was able to come to our rescue within 25 minutes. We were amazed at this young man. He was very polite and super knowledgeable .We were flabbergasted at the speed that he diagnosed all of our problems and fixed them. We are senior citizens and always Leary about calling someone for service to our home. Well Mike
