I was in need of a ASAP fix for our A/C unit not working all the sudden, and Tony answered—on a Saturday! I tried at least 6 different businesses but they did not answer and I was losing hope. Luckily, Tony took my call and was passionate about helping and headed over as soon as we ended the call.

Great customer service, timely responses, and assessed the situation and determined the culprit. Fixed it within 30 minutes!! Will be using him for all future services.

Tony saved the day!!!! He answered my call super quick, came out quickly, showed me his testing of equipment, got me the part immediately and fixed my AC!! He also checked all airflow to ensure all was well!!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would!!

We had Tony from Texas Tone out to service a mini-split unit we have in our master bedroom. He arrived promptly, did the work professionally and cleaned up after he finished. Great service! Another AC company recommended Air Care because they were booked solid for service calls. Air Care was able to fit me in same day and got my AC running again! The tech who stopped by, Tucker, was courteous, very knowledgeable, and explained everything well. He was able to quickly resolve the issue. Service call prices were very reasonable and fair.

The folks at Air Care put a mini split in my house over a year ago, and they have always been very responsive to any issues or questions I’ve had. I had an issue recently, and they were there with a few hours and got me squared away! Great service, great people!

Taylor is great. The time slot they gave me was 3 to 5. He arrived about 2:30 I think. He checked my unit and assured me it was in good working order. He knows my unit & knows what to check for if there is a problem. No problem today. He assured me it was ready and good to go.Thanks for great service. I definitely recommend them for your air conditioning needs. Very reliable. Very professional.

The service was great. They sent someone on a Saturday at 5:00 pm. The technician was very helpful, nice and knowledgeable.

We've used Air Care & Canyon Lake AC since we moved out here 20 years ago. They are on time, competent, and trustworthy and remember to close doors behind them so as not to let my cats out!! That's a biggie with me. Their seasonal maintenance is consistent and has kept our system in great shape.

Air Care & Canyon Lake Air Conditioning was very prompt getting a technician to my house to troubleshoot my AC that had quit working. The technician that arrived was Michale and he did an excellent job troubleshooting the system, he found a wire from the thermostat to the outside unit that was partially broken, it would not always make contact causing a fault code and the system would shut down. Very difficult find and the technician was able to resolve the problem in less than an hour.

Bryce was on time informative, professional and fast. He was very thorough as well. Scheduling my appointment was easy, although I had to wait a couple of weeks until he was available. But that's the price of good service and it was worth it!
