I have been using Air Care since 1991 when I moved into this home. I have always been pleased with the quality and professionalism of their technicians. Michael just completed my AC check for this summer and he certainly did a fantastic job. You cannot go wrong with Michael and Air Care for your HVAC needs.

Company always prompt in sending a technician. Technicians always courteous and explain in detail what the problem is.

Woke up cold, with the heater breaker tripping. Not a good time to have my heater not working! I called Air Care and they had a technician out in just a few of hours. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He definitely was a wonderful representative of Air Care, Canyon Lake! I highly recommend!

The information about what was needed for my home was reinforced by the opinions of other HVAC companies giving similar bids, and with the time they spent educating me about their recommendation of products forget strengthened my confidence and trust with them. Technician was very well-mannered & professional. Discovered the problem in the attic (where the furnace is located) fairly quickly. He explained the problem causing the malfunction. Part is being ordered & i will be notified when it arrives for install. Very pleased tech was able to come just hours after call was made.

My husband and I have called on them for routine maintenance of the A/C system, Re-configuring a bad builder designed condensation line from the attic, replacement of a capasitor among other valued services. We have never had any problems with the outcome of each job, nor diappointed in the cost. They are reasonably priced. The technicians, Taylor and Bryce, are extremely genuine, honest, professional and knowledgeable. We will be customers of this company for as long as we own this home. Adding to this post on September 5, 2025, I truly believe this company and each and every one of their employees could teach a lot of other businesses today on customer service, thoroughness of the repair or maintenance and just all around good practices!!! We always recommend Air Care to anyone asking for referrals.

Bryce the technician was knowledgeable and thorough. He patiently answered my questions which I appreciated. Suggested parts replacement in addition to standard service but made the case without being pushy. We went along with his suggestion.

Pleased as always with the quick response and on time arrival. Taylor Murphy would be a fine addition to any AC staff and Monica in the front office quickly and efficiently reset our appt. time when an earlier slot became available. We are in our 10th season with this particular Trane unit and are as pleased with the service from AC/CL as we are with the system they have maintained for us.

the work was excellent and the repairman courteous and competent. I had a 10-11 window and was not notified until 11:30 that the time would be between 1-2. An earlier phone call would have freed me up to do other errands.

Picture this, it’s freezing cold outside and your HVAC is blowing cold air, the outside unit is dead to the world. I had the complete system replaced only 2-years ago (mistakenly by another company). The company who installed it wouldn’t answer their phone so I left a message. When they finally called back they were booked out two weeks. I called Canyon Lake Air and they had someone out the same day. Turns out the circuit board in my outdoor unit shorted out. While to part had to be ordered from the factory they remained friendly, and checked in periodically to update me on the delivery date. I never felt as if I needed to call them and hound them for an update. As soon as the part arrived they scheduled the appointment, arrived on time, and quickly repaired the system.

Jennifer was awesome on the back end finding the part and communicating with me, and Taylor was professional in taking care of the repair and being thorough making sure everything was working correctly.

They have earned another customer and will have my business going forward.

Air care was here to check our air-conditioning units and make sure everything was in order for the hot weather we anticipate. The technician named Tucker was very polite and after he tested and checked both our units, he explained everything clearly. We were able to apply a coupon which we had received in our mail. Their pricing is excellent! We would definitely use Air Care again.
