Just got my AC installed by Zero Heating and AC. Vince came out got my monthly payments at a comfortable price for myself and they installed THE SAME DAY. I thought I would be with out heater for a few days but Vince and Jose made the process of getting a new unit so easy! Over all my experience was great from the phone call with D’andra to getting me scheduled to the technicians Micheal and Julian installing and making it as comfortable as can be!! Definitely recommend 10/10!!!!!!

Had an issue with my unit not heating during the freeze and I gave Zero a call and they sent me out a service tech by the name of Nathan. He explained everything that was going on with my system very knowledgeable and professional. Got me heating in no time and I appreciate Zero for sending him out to fix my unit. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is having issues their system. Thanks Zero for being our Hero when we needed it the most. I tried calling other companies but they couldn’t come out but Zero did.

Nathan and Michael installed my new 14-seer 2-ton Carrier unit basically the next day after my acceptance of the quote. I was pleased with the quick turnaround and clean installation. Nathan was very detailed in summarizing the work completed and tips on managing the system for efficiency. Vincent did a great job initially assisting with the home visit for preparing a quote and explained all the pros and cons of a new system for a home that I considered a starter home. I would recommend Zero A/C for future system replacements given the quality service and attention to detail. Thanks!

It was a great service experience with Zero heating company. The technician was very respectful, informative, and knowledgeable. He was not a pushy technician trying to get us to pay for extra services. The price was reasonable, and I was very pleased and I certainly will recommend them as a good company to work with.

When our home was freezing and every other technician had turned us away, Nathan Galaviz answered the call and came out after hours despite the weather conditions. He assessed the problem quickly, explained what needed to be done in clear, honest terms, and worked efficiently. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication turned a stressful emergency into a relief I won’t forget. Nathan didn’t just fix our A/C, he restored our peace of mind.

Great company that is very reasonable and flexible as far as appointments. Service was excellent with Orlando! He gave me great advice on further services needed in the future.

Edgar Leon came out to perform routine maintenance on my HVAC system and quickly identified two areas of improvement. Solutions were practical and in my opinion very important to keeping my unit running smoothly and efficiently for years to come. Edgar was very knowledgeable and professional. At no time was he pushy! He was honest and real. It was much appreciated.

The scheduling team was very curious and helpful on the phone. The technicians that did the heating tune up were very courteous and thorough and were able to come out on the same day I called. They kept me informed of each step of the process. Their current price for this service is $49.90. I highly recommend this company.

I inquired on their website after hours, not expecting to hear back from anyone too soon. Ended up getting a call from Trish a couple hours later, well after normal business hours, which was great. Was able to get a diagnostic appt set for the next day. Nathan and Michael were quick and professional with great communication about my issue. Solid team to work with.

Best, well, mannered well spoken very well.Explained the situation, reasonable pay very well organized Company, the gentleman that came out to work on our A.C explained situation so well that I could understand very nice gentleman, the woman that answered the phone Ms. Trish was very gentle and very nice so sweet. Michael and Anthony exceeded my expectations. They showed great professionalism and attention to detail while installing the units. When the job was completed they also left the place tidy, which was greatly appreciated.

I want to give a huge thanks to Salvador and Trisha with zero heating for being so quick to take care of my needs. My heater went out right before the cold winter. When we had the temps drop my house was an ice box. They came out quick when I told them I was using my stove to heat the house. Quick timely professional family feeling when working with them. They took care of this veteran and even offered a 10 percent discount. I highly recommend doing your business with zero heating quality service with great prices. We have had problems with our Centrl unit for about a week (cold, freezing nights ). We decided to call Zero Air , the lady that made appointment was so helpful. The technicians were even better , Daniel and Orlando are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable, very experienced at their job. Every step they took was explained to us to the point that we understood what was being done and the function of what was being fixed.We highly would recommend them to our friends .Thank you , we really appreciate you !

From start to finish Zero heating did an amazing job! The dispatcher Deandra was so nice and helpful got me in the schedule same day on a Saturday!! And the technician Andy got my AC working within minutes!!!! He was very polite and letting me know step by step what he was doing next. Would recommend zero to anyone who asks!! Thank you zero!

I was advised i needed my CPS tune up, contacted Zero AC. Andy arrived and got it done efficiently, while doing that he also realized my AC drain line needed a flush, he also made sure to take care of that. Everything was done in a timely manner, very professional and informative. I Will definitely be contacting ZERO for any of my AC needs.

Orlando was the name of the technician who came out to service my HVAC unit and install my air scrubber purifier system. I was so impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail.
