I highly recommend Freedom Air Repair as they are one of the few companies that provides true 24/7 service. Our A/C was out and the temperature was about 84 in the house, and Freedom did not place me on the books for another day because they know how critical it is to have a cool home with these outside temperatures. Vanessa was dispatched to our home, and she was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes of being with the unit. She got us up and running, and made sure that we understood what had happened and how to prevent it in the future. Thank you, Albert, for getting us scheduled, and Vanessa for getting us up and running. Trust me, you're not going to find a more reasonable service charge or the service they provide. Thank you, guys!

Our AC went out over the weekend and it was HOT. We called Freedom - our first time using them - and they were out the same day within 4 hours. Vanessa was so professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it, and did the repair. She offered other services to maintain the unit in the future. We called Freedom Air Repair to help diagnose a split unit where the fan wasn't running at 7pm on a Saturday. They sent a tech out within an hour. Vanessa was smart, skilled, and got us back up and running quickly. Who knew that ants could cause so much trouble!?!?! We had such a positive experience that we dropped our other HVAC service provider and signed up for annual maintenance with Freedom on the spot. Rest assured they will take care of you during your most WTF panic moments.

My ac stopped working late at night on the weekend. I called Freedom Air Repair. The representative I spoke to on the phone was kind and let me know they could come out to fix it. They were prompt in response to my ac emergency and arrived approximately one hour after calling them. I was so relieved as I had called several other companies claiming to be 24/7 but they truly were not and gave me the run around. I have this A/C for several years and never saw defrosting, neither none of my neighbors too.It broke down and called AHS for service , send a Tech from American Air-conditioning he diagnosed it, said I need new defrost board. he temporary wired by bypassing the board, AC start working with defrosting, Tech brought a new defrost Beard and replaced it, still defrosting, I took photos and send it to manager, he said it is normal, but I have never seen defrost on this AC before, American Air-conditioning tech touch my AC. it is not what I have seen before.

Such an amazing job! Helped me understand everything that was wrong and didn't hide anything from me like Elmer's did. So appreciative of their help. Been struggling with bills and this really put our minds at ease. Again, we are so incredibly thankful 🙏🏼.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! They installed a new AC unit in August 2022. Since that time the humidity in the house went up to 60%-75%. They've been out here 7 times, however they have not resolved the issue. Since the last time they were here (2 weeks ago) our AC unit does not cool down the house like it did previously. We've called and left messages, but no response. Next step - file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Andrew was my technician and he did a wonderful job getting my AC back on and running. He also provided useful tips to keep my system in top working condition. He was very polite and knowledgeable.
