Zero showed up and delivered. The office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. D’andra got me taken care of right away. The technicians she sent, Andy and Orlando, were absolutely amazing. They figured out what three other AC companies couldn’t. I had multiple companies come out, and none of them could resolve the issue, but Andy and Orlando did.
It feels so good to finally have my AC and heater working again! Thank you, Zero. Y’all have definitely earned a new loyal customer, this will be my go-to AC company from now on.

Loving my new cool home. My old unit (Carrier) was ready to be replaced. Found out that the 3.5 ton unit for my home was too small for my square footage. So Zero A/C replaced it with a 4 ton Amana unit. Price was great. They even offer financing at 0% with a minor fee depending on how many years you want to spread your payments over. 2 yr labor warranty included. Many others only offered 1 year. Michael who installed the unit was professional and cleaned up after he was finished. Explained what I needed to do or didn’t need to worry about regarding preventative maintenance on the new unit. Vincent is a great salesman. Spent time at my home regarding every concern I had and really proved to me that I needed to choose them. No pressure. Just convincing information and they responded quickly.

Andy was very kind and informative. He was able to find a solution to our problems very quickly and gave me information to take better care of our filtration system for future reference. We did not need repair thankfully but his intial diagnostic helped us realize we had a clogged filter in a place we didnt even know existed in another side of our unit and that helped the air flow immediately. Our family will be returning to this company due to great customer service and fast acting problem solving.

09/30/2025, HVAC technician Julian from Zero Air Heating A/C & Refrigeration came over to give me a free tuneup service, a free program offered by CPS energy. Julian is the first person who ever touched my HVAC since my house was built. He told me my system works fine in good shape since I have taken care of it by changing filters etc, and he said it might need a Freon refill soon about 1.5 lbs. Since it’s almost November, I made an appointment with him to refill Freon in April next year when the weather gets warm.

However after a couple of weeks I started to notice my HVAC is on much more frequently than usual, even on when outside temperatures is much lower than inside set temperature, and it takes hours to cool to the set temperature, but before the tuneup service, it takes like 10 minutes to cool to the desired temperature… So I started to be skeptical of the free tuneup: did technician Julian create some problems so that they could sell me the Freon refill service or maybe even sell me an entire new unit? I hate to think of people so negatively.

I then contacted Rudy from Cool Solutions recommended by a friend. He helped me solve the mystery: he found out there was a leak at the schrader valve, which was a bit loose and simply needed to be tightened. We felt that technician Julian from Zero Air Heating A/C either unintentionally or intentionally caused it to be loose and leak…because no one had touched my AC before him. Rudy said it was already dangerously low and we added almost 4 lbs of Freon to it! My house was nice and cool immediately again! So thankful to Rudy! He rescued my otherwise healthy HVAC while Julian almost ruined it! Plus Julian’s “free service” made me end up spending extra money for otherwise nonexistent problems! So make sure you watch out for “free service”! And use a trustworthy, competent and honest service provider! I reported to CPS Energy about it!

Nathan and Michael and their team did a phenomenal job with my AC installation. They came in and knocked out the job faster than what was initially quoted. They took the time to explain the system to me as well as how to properly maintain the system. Their professionalism is to be commended and their work quality is top tier. 5 stars isn't enough and would give 10 if I could. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know that needs a new AC or any AC work.

Jose Ruiz got the job done same day! Lower than other companies! Great work! Fast and absolutely no hassle! Michael Flores and Steven Lopez took pride in their work! Installed and cleaned up nicely for us! I would highly recommend their work!

We just bought the house and they sold it to us with a ac that wasn’t good and hid the information from us! Goettl came out with the seller and hid a lot of information and were charging almost $17k to get a new unit!

Again not about beating prices! It’s about the good work and how the business handled themselves!

Hi just wanted to Thank Michael and Anthony for doing a wonderful job. They installed a whole unit in my home. With the freezing temperatures that dropped on Sunday. I woke up to a melted disconnect panel, that a friend of ours installed but he did a crappy job. I called Zero and they sent Michael and Anthony they did an amazing job. What I liked about them they worked as a team. To see this meant that they take pride in their work and dedication. They got the job done. My son Andrew and I were able to sleep warm after spending a freezing night before. I highly will recommend these guys. They cleaned up after themselves. They walked me through the process as well. Called Freedom Air Repair for an after-hours service, and they were out within a few hours. The tech was delayed in getting to me, but they communicated very well and offered to make it right with 10% discount for the inconvenience.

The Best in the Business – Freedom Air Repair is Heaven-Sent!

At the end of March, my air conditioning completely gave out. It reached nearly 90 degrees in my home day and night for three long days. We initially hoped it was something minor, maybe a quick fix from the storm that caused two power surges, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I called my previous HVAC provider around 10 PM for emergency service no answer. I tried several others, and they were either booked out for days or didn’t return my call.

Desperate for help, I turned to Google and found Freedom Air Repair. I dialed the number, and to my surprise, a kind gentleman answered. I explained what was going on, and without hesitation, he told me they could come immediately. But knowing I had early morning commitments (I play piano for multiple services at my church), I asked if we could push it to a more convenient time—and they happily worked around my schedule. That was the first of many signs that I’d found something special.

That’s when I met Ms. Vanessa, and let me just say what a blessing! She arrived with professionalism, warmth, and deep expertise. She listened to my concerns and got right to work. I explained how, in the past, I felt taken advantage of due to my limited HVAC knowledge. Unlike others, Ms. Vanessa took the time to break everything down, showing me specific parts, explaining test ranges, and giving me a real understanding of what was happening all without talking over my head.

Within minutes yes, minutes she had identified the issue and had my home cooling again in under 15 minutes. She replaced the faulty part, continued to troubleshoot the rest of the system, and resolved the entire issue all at a very reasonable price. What stood out even more than her technical skill was the kindness, honesty, and integrity she brought with her. That, to me, is worth more than silver or gold.

My air conditioning which was almost 15 years old has been on its last legs was serviced this afternoon and diagnosed to be replaced. I took advantage of the 48mo 0percent financing Freedom offered and was approved at about 6pm. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me it will be getting replaced the same evening.

The techs, Rodrigo and Carlos showed up at my door a short time later, got straight to work and by 11pm I had my new AC installed, blowing cold air! I have to give major kudos to both these guys, they were outstanding professionals. Quick and painless and answered all my questions. The two techs ( I feel terrible that I cannot remember their names) that diagnosed the issue and got me set with financing also, were both outstanding.

The service is awesome. The technician actually answered the call and arrived at 11:20pm and quickly diagnosed the issues and fixed it. He came prepared with all the parts. Very knowledgeable and delivered excellent customer service. He got it fixed at 11:40 pm. We have been having a broken AC for 4 days and it became unbearable. The tech did an awesome job and made our life better.
