Zero AC has been a life saver for me! The excellent quality customer service that I received from Michael and Anthony was outstanding, timely, professional, and reliable. It is a holiday weekend and Trisha still answered the phone and booked an emergency visit for me. I love that Zero AC goes over and beyond to help their customers out! I am very grateful for their kind service and I am a customer for life!

I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism and prompt service by Zero Heating & A/C- from the person handling calls to the two technicians that came out to my house. Andy and Salvador were both polite and courteous during the service calls. I was scheduled for next day service and received follow up phone calls for scheduling. Nathan was our installer. He was so very helpful in explaining how the new system was working. He did an amazing job on the install and was so pleasant . Such a great representative of your company.

I have an older home with what was pretty much a mini-split system that wore itself out trying to keep up with the San Antonio heat. I checked with several companies, but Vince at Zero Heating and AC gave a thorough explanation of the problems with the existing system and a thorough explanation of my options for replacement models, warranties and financing. All in all, he was very professional in a presentation that allowed me to make the best decision.
He had a crew out the next day to complete a replacement install. Nathan, Mike, Anthony, and Steve worked incredibly hard for the next 10 hours. The job was especially difficult since the house wasn't originally designed for an AC unit. They had to first take apart and then reassemble the equipment in an incredibly cramped attic space on a 95 degree day. Throughout the process, they demonstrated remarkable skill and teamwork to get an exceedingly difficult job done. When the job was complete and the system up and running, Nathan gave a professional walk through on the system setup.
The service will include a followup in the coming weeks to make sure the new system is optimally running and any tweaks needed will be done free of charge.
Between the overall professionalism, speed, and skill of Vince and his crew, I'd recommend them for any job.

The company was very quick to get Vince scheduled with me for an estimate. Vince was very helpful and understanding of my needs and kept constant communication during the whole process. The team that came to install my system were great and respectful. They were fast but very thorough. Mike and Steve talked us thru every step of the way and shared all the information and helpful tips that they could.

I just want to say that the crew that came out to my house yesterday did an awesome job. Forgive me if I'm wrong but I believe the gentleman that was running the crew his name was Ernesto. They worked fast efficient and we're very clean about everything they did. They went over the whole job with me and answered any questions that I had. Is anybody ever asked me if I know of a good AC man I definitely will be recommending Ernesto and his crew at Zero. Thanks again guys

Our ac was not cooling. Turns out our condenser fan motor was bad. Nathan came within the hour and had our house cooling. He was polite and friendly. I highly recommend this company for all your service needs !

My heater was out for what felt like forever. I used another heating company that couldn’t figure out the issue. Then i called Zero heating/AC. They sent Nathan my way and he had the issue addressed and fixed in less than an hour! Super sweet and professional! Thanks Nathan and Zero.

Jose & Vicente did what no other competitor could do in my most urgent time in need for comfort & cool Air this summer . They were okay with me being direct to apply for financing before t them trying to sell me because what’s a sale if you can qualify, right ? Due to prior home flood I racked up expenses that dropped my credit score so I could admit I was a tough client . When two other competitors couldn’t offer flexible options I was literally sweating myself into physical & emotional Exhaustion . Jose was cordial walking thru the process very professional in explaining the options for finance initially & Vicente finished up to make sure he could walk thru contract and was exactly what was needed to get the job approved along with the lender .
Boots on ground team , Nathan and a young gentlemen then showed up as their schedule opened up to be able to install same day ! They assembled unit in driveway & I was in disbelief that I was getting a unit . I was prepared to be sweating this weekend ; however, they worked from 5-10 pm late to make sure I’d be comfortable by end of night .

By end of the evening Nathan explained what was done , how to maintain & set up WiFi app to my thermostat . Everyone made it happen like aligned team or a bike; chains moving & calling Each other in unison to make this happen ! I am forever grateful & thankful that these guys pulled it off ! Highly recommend to all my future clients, family & friends !!

Hands down to Trisha and Deandra best customer service. My appointment was on time and the service that was done to my AC was amazing. I would definitely recommend zero heating and AC the work was excellent. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely call them back to service my AC.

Nathan and Michael have truly outdone themselves on today’s service. Over the course of a year my husband and I have received multiple quotes and huge differences in price ranges for either repair work and/or unit replacement. Zero came in for the rescue and delivered on the promise for timely manner installation, financing opportunity, provided a break down explanation of how the units work and best practices for unit maintenance. This has truly been a blessing as Nathan and Michael worked as a unit and upholding best practice for the Zero company. Highly recommended and will spread good words to other neighbors who may face similar issues.

Was having issues with my heater putting out proper gas flow and the flame would go out but not the gas. After turning off gas, Zero came out and discovered that there was issues with the circuit board sending. They ordered a replacement and after a couple days, installed the new one. Everything went smoothly and Nathan and Andy were very professional and efficient with the install. Trisha was also very prompt and responsive about scheduling the appointment and updating me on the status of the circuit board delivery, even reaching out after business hours. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I waited about a week after I got my AC unit installed just to make sure everything was running well and I must say that I am extremely happy with my unit. I want to give thanks to Jose and Vincent for coming out and explaining everything for working with me and my son, as far as budget was concerned, that was a big factor for us. Their team was on time they were courteous they were respectful. They did an excellent excellent job. They explained everything to me. They showed me everything that they have done. they did not leave my home until they did all of their inspections, which I appreciate so much so if anyone’s looking for a new AC, please do not hesitate to call this company. They are reliable. They’re very helpful finances and they’re very good at what they do. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone that I know who needs a new AC unit.
