Jesse and Manny with American AC came into a history of a mess. We had to call owner of the company and Cindy Intack were all patient and kind and handled me with white gloves. Part one of a two day job has been completed and my house after 6 months of issues have finally got me help. After 4 different companies and two that warranties the home could and would accept fault to fix. I am grateful and humbled. Thank you.

I’m truly grateful for the thorough work that Manuel Ocanas Jr provided. He truly went above and beyond in fixing my HVAC. My coils were thick with debris and he spent his time ensuring they were clean. He even fixed my plenum which was not securely on the unit. My house is already cool. Thanks Manuel!

On time and honest; do what’s needed and don’t do what isn’t needed. Another company told us coils/parts were no longer available for our mini-split and quoted only to replace it. South Texas Air checked the warranty and replaced a motor on one unit. Also ordered the coils for the mini-split. Appreciate South Texas Air.

Came in inspected our AC inside the house and cleaned our filters. Our Air Handler is in the attic so he had to go up there and inspected it so you know in Texas weather it was pretty warm. He also cleaned and checked to make sure the unit outside was running properly.
