South Texas Air is great! Allen was on time and walked me through the issue I was having with my AC system and answered all of my questions. He made sure I was happy with everything before he left. I highly recommend Allen and his team at South Texas Air to anyone who needs Heating or AC work done. I will be using them for all of my future maintenance on my system.

Followup: booked an appointment with them after needing to have an issue checked out and although I received multiple confirmations of the appointment time, the technician never showed up or called to let me know they wouldn't be coming. Disappointing after the great initial interaction

Older part: Had a courtesy check up from CPS for an almost 10 year old system. Ryan arrived on time and gave my system a check over. He gave honest feedback and a few tips for maintaining it, without exaggerating any issues. I ended up not needing any work other than a regular cleaning, but will definitely call South Texas Air should that change

We scheduled an appointment for an AC tuneup. Ryan was punctual, very kind and professional. He took his time and was thorough. When he got done, he explained what he looked at and what he did. He said our AC looked and sounded good. He didn't try to hit us up with any expensive recommendations. Ryan made us feel like valued clients.

I had Allen with South Texas Air come to my home after my long time company told me I needed a new system. He carefully inspected the system and said it was running well and did not need to be replaced. We have used South Texas Air for over two years now and they have been amazing. The outside compressor stopped working the other night, I got online to schedule an appointment for the next day. I was shocked to receive a call that someone was on the way at 7:30 pm to see if they could get the system cooling. An odd part was needed and South Texas Air had the system fixed and cooling by noon the next day. Amazing! Their service and integrity is second to none. Thank you South Texas Air for giving us a company we can trust and rely on.

by far A1 service very punctual even repaired a problem from a previous company that did a half a_ _ # job derek the owner fixed it him self and left it looking brand new . i highly recommend this company.

My A/C drain was clogged and Derek can out and cleaned it out the same day I called. Very professional and reasonably priced.

I don’t even know where to begin! So happy that I found this business. Unfortunately, I had to use them on two different occasions because the Texas heat killed my AC. On the first occasion, as soon as I knew my AC was out, I contacted multiple companies to see when the earliest time they could come to my house and save me from the HEAT. Multiple people told me they were booked out for days. This hot mama was not having it! Luckily, I found All County. I texted them late at night and they showed up early morning the next day. Not only did they get my AC working again, he found that my heater vent was not properly positioned to the outside which could have been deadly to my family. He gladly fixed it with no extra charges. On the second occasion, again, All County came within 2 hours of my contacting them and rescued me from the heat once again. THANKS SO MUCH! Keeping their contact in my phone for all my AC/heater needs now! :)

These guys are solid. Their quote was 1/3 of another company, with impeccable service. The first fix worked for a bit, but caused a trip. They eagerly came out and fixed the issue. I am a very happy customer and will use All County for all of my HVAC needs.
