Ryan is a terrifically hard worker and very professional. I wish he was our go to guy for any future A/C work but he is doing only CPS sponsored tune ups!

Hayden and Allen both were very responsive and super helpful with all the questions I had about my unit as well as going the extra step for me and giving me reports from the manufacturer to confirm my unit was running correctly

The technician was cordial and efficient. He replaced the filter and cleaned the units. After wards, he informed us of what needed to be done to keep our a/c in good condition. All done in a timely manner.

Our AC randomly went out on us, and for the life of us, we couldn’t figure out what the problem was. Not an issue we wanted to be dealing with going into a Texas summer. So we had South Texas Air come out to diagnose. Allen was great, very knowledgeable and courteous, and within in an hour, he had our AC back up and running! Excellent work from South Texas Air. We will definitely be using them again should any more issues come up and would recommend anyone else do the same!

Overall, it was great service.

Ryan Rice from South Texas Air Heating & Cooling came out to service my single unit ac system. He did a terrific job checking the evaporator coil and better sealing the furnace. My outside unit coils look like new after he gave them good cleaning. I feel very comfortable with the job he did. Great job! Thank you much.

Tech was polite and courteous and overall did a great job. Tech accidentally left a cover on one of my units not secured completely so it wasn’t running. They sent someone out right away after I notified them and resolved it quickly
