Justin has been performing routine service regularly on our AC, when scheduled he is always on time and gives a full update on system status, he make us fell confident that our AC is working as designed and is honest in his services.

Communication was great. The appointment before mine canceled and they called to see if they could come sooner. They did a thorough job and the maintenance agreement is VERY affordable.

My parents had an issue with their ac not cooling and Justin came and resolved the issue. Came on time and explained what was going on with the unit. Gave us tips to help keep the unit running heatlhy. Highly recommend.

I called this afternoon about a leak in our A/C unit in the shop. They came out within minutes- diagnosed and fixed the problem, as well as identified other problems in our buildings. They came up with a plan to get everything maintained and working properly- all for a very fair price. They will definitely be our go to A/C guys from now on!!!

My A/C went out one evening and I called Urgent Air right away. Alex responded and got me on the schedule for the next day. He was able to come first thing and got it fixed within a couple of hours. Very grateful as the temperatures were over 100 everyday!

Found Urgent Air Care after our previous provider went out of business, unbeknownst to us. Quick response, outstanding customer service, repair done quickly. Got us up and running/cooling again within 5 hours of our call. Will be using Urgent Air Care for our future cooling and heating maintenance, repair and new install when the time comes. Impressive only limits the interaction I have received from this company. From the workers to the owner himself. Nothing short of professionalism, courtesy and expertise. Not only did the owner (Mr.Gavin) personally follow up to ensure that my experience as a first time owner went smooth, he provided useful tips so I may maintain my system as long as possible so I won’t have to contact him as frequent outside of seasonal maintenance. 5 stars in not enough credit for the experience and customer service they provide. They have a customer for life!

Justin and his team just finished cleaning out my a/c system (it was full of doggie hair!). All the coils are cleaned, new filters and the system is working like new! I recommend this company to anyone who wants a fair, professional and friendly experience. These guys were great and the price was very reasonable.
